The job done was totally incomplete. Spend two hrs on a empty house and still did not complete a simple task of deep cleaning basically a small kitchen, and two full baths. I would not refer this company to anyone. Did not vacuum at all. Had job. to ask to re-clean one bathroom and the other bathroom was never mopped. The window washing was horrible. Will have to hire another company to come in and complete the

OMA is prompt, professional, and most importantly--they do excellent work. My air duct and dryer vent had not been cleaned since I moved into my home. I had no idea how much dirt and debris were hiding in my air duct and dryer vent. OMA cleaned the duct and dryer vent AND they went over and above expectations by cleaning the air filter, air grate, and bathroom fans. I didn't expect them to do the additional work, but they focus on doing the job right. Highly recommend them!

OMA did an amazing job! I have very light (almost white) carpet with stains in high traffic areas. I didn't think it was possible to get rid of stains on such light colored carpet, but OMA exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Mike is very friendly, and actually volunteered to do extra cleaning at no cost. He cleaned a set of carpeted steps at no charge, his idea. His equipment allows him to clean around heavy furniture so it is not moved. He did not move beds in the bedrooms but was able to get under them pretty far. I cleared out most chairs and table and took everything off horizontal surfaces. The carpets are clean and he did a very good job.

Mike and his associate did a great job with our carpets, this was the 2nd time using OMA for carpet cleaning. They focused attention on a few trouble areas like high traffic hallway and pet stains/odors, and did a great job with the rest of the house/rooms. They were on time, wore footies over their shoes so they didn't track anything into the house, the carpets were left smelling and looking 100% better. Thank you!

It went well. This was during the winter and the weather was atrocious early on, so multiple efforts were needed. OMA re-scheduled immediately every time. OMA adjusted very well.

Have a house with light colored carpet and 2 small pups which makes keeping the floors looking fresh a challenge. The rental machines just weren't getting the job done to satisfaction. OMA did a great job with the cleaning, explaining things along the way. The carpets look great and, in the past 3 months since the cleaning, haven't seen any stains reappear or odd smells that our dogs haven't created anew :) Great value and great service, will use again.

Outstanding. Mike and Kelli were responsive, punctual, flexible, thorough, and professional. I had to ask Mike to reschedule twice, but he adapted his schedule - working after hours on a Wednesday after a long commute - to accommodate us. They did top-notch work in a reasonable amount of time and even offered to take care of the basement free of charge. OMA is one of the professionals whose business card you want to hang onto.
