As a landlord, it is awful to get notice tenant is moving. Need a lot of work done and need it fast as time is rent lost. I could not have done it without Tony and his crew. Since it was a vacant home, I was not there regularly. Thank God Tony had initiative. A real self starter. He saw what needed to done, gave his recommendations and reasonable pricing. He had great ideas and I approved everything he thought we should do to bring this 40 year old house into the 21st century. The quality of work was excellent and I can’t believe how well it turned out. I want to move in! It is not just his work, but his character that I loved. As a single woman, I am always fearful that workers are out to get me. With Tony, I got the feeling that he was out to help me. Can’t recommend him more highly.

Perfect!!! We originally d to repaint the whole house. Since that was out of our budget, we asked Tony to touch up our walls. When he finished, it looked like we had brand-new walls!!! Although it's the same beige color we already had, they look spectacular!!! He did the whole house in about 6hrs.

Outstanding! Very reasonably priced. HONEST. He returned $479 worth of wood and refunded it to me. If he hadn't of told me I would not have known that the wood was returned. Arrived on time. Four people working. Finished on time. Quality work. He came back a week after job was finished/paid for to see if there were any problems or concerns. Honest and reliable. Very Very Reasonably priced. All work had permit. He was less expense than contractors who wanted to replace my roof and stucco without a permit. All work top quality. Very meticulous. Did an amazing job! Highly recommend OM Construction and Tony.

It went very well. The crew was very polite and did an excellent job. The job required relocating the shower and camode along with extending the sink and making it a dual sink. Me Murillo was very helpful and professional in coordinating all the aspects of the job. He kept us updated on each step of the project. The final project came out above our expectations. We love it.

My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job.

Tony was great to deal with. He is very kind and knowledgable. His workers are professional, kind, skilled, and trustworthy. Our house had many leaks and cracks, which they patched up well and fixed just before the rain. They painted our house and it looks great! We also had them replace two entry doors. All of this was done right on schedule. The one thing I would look for next time is prepping the job site a little more before beginning so clean-up is easier. However, I addressed this with Tony and they cleaned up well. All said and done, my wife and I are very happy. I vouch for their abilities, and would hire them again. (The photo attached is a before and after of the paint job. We have since done landscaping. It looks finished and amazing now.)

Tony and his crew came and dug up and relayed some cement in our backyard. It was a small job, but they handled it swiftly and were extremely clean. My only note would be that there wasn't a whole lot of communication during the job. They ended up staining the concrete a different color than I would have chosen, but it was still a great job and a decent color, so I didn't mind. Overall, I would hire again!

Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. Overall I think the project turned out great, and I'll definitely call Tony the next time I have a project I can't handle on my own.

Tony and his team helped us immensely. We met him originally during the design phase of our project and from that time on he was there to help from beginning to end. The project was approximately 700 square feet and included adding two new bathrooms, a master bedroom and a full remodel of our kitchen. Tony and his project manager Marcos were always here to give us updates and share ideas. They even helped us with finding the best places to go for supplies (tile, windows, counters, etc). Two of our biggest concerns was that we wanted to stay in the house while construction was going on and that the project finished on time. Tony was able to finish this large addition and remodel all while we stayed in the home and within a week of our original deadline. His team was always there working and were very professional. We will definitely use Tony and his team again in the future!

This is the third major project Tony has done for us. They gutted the kitchen and raised the ceiling, ran a new gas line, and upgraded the electrical and plumbing. Tony and his team were amazing and skilled; Tony has a great eye for design as well. Despite having to add electrical and plumbing to the job, they finished on time. We've been working with Tony for four years, and many of his team are the same guys, and quite a happy and polite crew! We are totally satisfied.

The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The area was clean and all equipment put away at the end of the work day. Made extraordinary effort to keep the remainder of the house free from any dust or residue created during the remodel. The bedroom and bath was move in ready when they completed the job.

I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his crew and the quality work they performed for me. I bought a condo with two 25-year old bathrooms, and wanted to replace the tubs, showers, fixtures, cabinets, toilets and floor tiles and repaint each one. I consulted with Tony about what could be done and both turned out great! Tony and OM Construction's tradesmen were professional, efficient, clean and responsive to minor changes or things that I wanted to do that wouldn't work because of the particular building (i.e. slab floor that prevented a walk-in shower because of existing plumbing that could not be re-configured or changed without significant work or cost). I will use OM Construction again with a rental property I own, and will heartily recommend them to friends.

Great! Tony and his guys are terrific, skilled, friendly and OM is very reasonable. Last year they did a new roof for my housesat about 8000 less than the other bidder. I am planning on hiring them for a new kitchen soon.

It was hectic, because they performed all the work in three weeks. They were very thoughtful and courteous. The workers made sure that they cleaned up thoroughly each evening. They were very prompt in responding to changes and issues and unlike some contractors, both the owner and supervisor made regular visit to ensure out satisfaction. They recently remodeled our master bathroom. Prior to that, they retiled our other two bathrooms. They have also done exterior and interior painting, roofing and replaced all the doors at our residence. They keep you informed on how the job is progressing and leave the work area as clean as possible at the end of each workday. Their prices are competitive and they are very professional in how they go about completing their work. I would highly recommend them for any projects that you might be considering in the near future

I highly recommend Tony and his company OM Construction for your home repair and remodel needs. Tony is very attentive to detail, very communicative and his team is great. His foreman Marco showed up everyday on time and answered any all questions I had. They had great recommendations that helped my decision making. We needed things done in a month. Tony took 5 weeks but that was mostly Home Depot's fault for not delivering the floor on time. Tony was very responsive, was the only contractor out of 5 to actually get me a bid, and did everything when he said he would. Some costs beyond his control made this a more expensive project than what we wanted, but we will need to update the bathroom and exterior windows in a few years and we will definitely want to use OM again.

MO Construction did a poor job. Told me it would take 9 days, but on day 9 they were not half done. I told them to clean up and leave, that they were done working on my house. They are sloppy sanders and painters on both the wood trim on the house and the black metal fence. They did not use drop clothes adequately and got primer and on trim paint on the stucco, awnings and driveway. Their brush work left brush marks and swirls in the window trim paint. They left roller and brush marks and did not get enough paint on the metal fence. Frankly I don't know how they got so many good reviews on Angie's List. The work they did with a spray gun on the garage doors and back door was pretty good. The owner of MO Construction, Tony, is a nice guy, but I would not consider hiring him to do any painting. I think Tony was glad to get out of the job. It seemed to be to much for his crew.

"Unfortunately is very hard to work for a costumer that thinks they can lead and tell the employees what to do on everything. The first days of work were great we were able to performed some great work but then the customer started to panic the workers by being on their neck most of the time. Employees had to come inside to sand windows and customer didn't want them to walk on floor even if they were all suited up, one of the workers almost suffer a nervous break down because customer was making job so difficult. I guess the customer thought they could do the job, but if so why would the customer hire us, and tell me they would be supportive of the job and needed the job done and turn out the opposite. I should have known better. The customer had other contractors and none of them called back to do more work or finish work. Anyways we gave it our best when allowed to work freely and never kept our eyes of giving a good service and most important honesty. After everything was prep customer decided to stop work but did not pay amount as stated."

Had 2 bathrooms remodeled, detailed tiling, walls resurfaced(cracks and texture change), minor electrical and interior painting. Everything went great. Tony, Marcos and crew are the best. Tony is very good at estimating the job and easy to talk to during the progress of the project. Marcos and crew were punctual, understood the project, professional, job completed on time, very fair pricing and minimal additional costs when needed(every remodel job will have unpredictable challenges that will require additional costs). I have had 2 jobs completed and I Highly recommend OM Construction. They are really good at what they do.
