My experience with Omega Heating and Air was horrendous. I have owned two homes and dealt with several contractors, but I have never been treated like this poorly. I reported an HVAC problem to my home-warranty company, 2-10, on July 1, 2026. Omega sent a technician on July 7. He replaced the capacitor and said the unit also needed a squirrel cage, also known as a blower wheel. My air conditioner began working but stopped again on July 10. Another technician came on July 15 without the part that had been identified the previous week. When I called Omega, I received several conflicting explanations: first, that the part was not needed; then, that the company had focused on restoring my air conditioning and therefore had not ordered it; and finally, that another type of contractor would have to replace it. Because the blower wheel is part of the HVAC system, that explanation made no sense to me. I was eventually told that Omega would look into the matter and update me by Friday, July 17

Jason Erwin was the best sales advisor I have worked with. He knows alot about AC systems and answered all of my question prior to my purchase.The install crew was very efficient installing a complete AC system. They wasted no time while they were at my home and answered all of my questions. They also made sure that they cleaned up after they were finished.

They provide the most consistent and high-quality service.

They were friendly and the technician was nice, knowledgeable, and they didn't charge for more than what they do. They were fast.

Omega Heating went under the house, changed out of the filter, and reignited to the pilots. He mentioned in the next year I would need to replace my furnace because of rust, which was great advice. They voiced their concerns, which I was grateful for. They provided me an estimate for a replacement. I would recommend them to anyone. They were professional, on time, and went above and beyond.
