Prompt and friendly service. Showed up on time, moved furniture carefully, and completed job in a timely manner.

I found the movers to be polite, respectful, hard working and would highly recommend them. The cleaning service was a little lighter than I wanted but the home was in need of major cleaning and On Call Services has been great about making sure I get the service I need. It is not completed yet but so far, I am thrilled with their response.

They did a good job. It was a hard move, and they had to back up a long slope, then carry 2 pianos on a slope and stairs. It was hard work, but they were professional and friendly.

Altho they were running late they showed excellent customer service calling to update me on delay and progress to arrival. They were pleasant and professional and efficient. All items packed professionally and arrived without any damage. For same professional task other companies bid 2 or more times the cost. The value is exceptional. I would hire again. I highly recommend.

Two men came out and worked pretty hard and they did a good job. I would recommend them.

I absolutely love this company! This is the second time I have used them. I love that they cover all sorts of services (moving, hauling, disposing, cleaning). Prices are reasonable, they give you cost estimates over the phone so you know exactly how much you are paying and for what. They set up specific times for when they will be there (instead of the 4 hour window you get from some places) - and they show up on time. I will definitely be using them again.

On Call Services did a great job for me and my family, I relocated to Minneapolis from Chicago 6+ months ago and had a bad experience with the Chicago moving company, so I was extra sensitive with this move (Temporary accommodation to new home). I did a lot of research into local moving companies and On Call Services rated very high in customer satisfaction as well as being the best priced of the 10 companies I reviewed. On Call Services were very easy to work with, I called the company ans spoke to Dominae, she was my contact throughout - it's so nice not to get pushed from person to person. On the day of the move the crew of three movers turned up exactly on time. The guys led by Andre were very helpful and really wanted to make my move as easy as possible for me and executed to my exact requirements. The overall move time was a lot less than I had expected, they worked as fast as possible and weren't trying to extend the time to charge more....I could not have been happier with the overall experience. I was so impressed I booked the company again for another move (furniture from storage) - next week, i'll keep you posted on how it goes. Overall On Call Services are the best priced and highest quality movers I could find in Minneapolis. Finally, because of my job I have had several moves in the last few years, many across country and very expensive - On Call Services rates higher than any other movers I have ever worked with.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their service. Here's an example: we hadn't reached our 2-hour minimum after moving the table into the house, so they stayed and helped me put the table together. After securing over 20 bolts into the table there was still 15 minutes left, so they helped me take the packaging (cardboard + styrofoam) to the garbage. Thank you On Call Services, I will use your service again.

The two guys arrived after calling to let me know when they would be arriving. They got right to work, did the jobs and were out of here. Very efficient and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. I will be using them again.

Samir, RJ, Andrae and JT did a GREAT job moving us! They took great care of our furnishings and packed that truck like tetris game professionals! :) They were professional, friendly, courteous, punctual and hard working. I would use them again and would recommend them highly! They were truly a blessing in helping us move too our new home and we count it a blessing to have met them - great family of movers and great guys!!

They arrived on time, got the job done quickly, very polite and professional. They were the only junk removal service that was able to do a same-day appointment, and they were at least half the price of any other quotes I got.

They did a great job! They arrived on time and were very professional. They took apart some of the furniture and then put it back together at the new place. They were fast and very helpful. And priced very well. I would definitely use them again.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!  THEY DAMAGED SO MUCH OF OUR PROPERTY!!! <br /> It's sad that I had to even give them one star to write this review.  I wouldn't have given them that!   <br /> It started out by signing a form saying they would move our things from one location to another...the second location had the wrong address.  I found out later that there was suppose to be a contract, and they were supposed to offer us an insurance option that we could accept or decline...so they're not even doing what they need to be legally. <br /> Then as they moved things, they weren't all that graceful moving.  Our fridge needed the doors off to move it, yet they wrapped it, slid it down the stairs, which scuffed our stairs and railing.  They got it to the door and had to bring it back upstairs.  But instead of going back up the stairs, they tried to lift it over a railing (we had a split level home...and they tried to life it over the railing that was positioned where the floor ended so you wouldn't fall down the stairs)...by doing this they damaged our steel door going to the garage (it needed to be replaced because of the damage), then the fridge fell into the wall above the door and put a hole in the wall, scraped it and dented it.  When they brought it back up the stairs, they dented and scraped the walls and took out a corner of a wall.  They had drug the fridge and stove across our stone tile floor in the kitchen, causing the floor to be replaced.  They also drug it across the livingroom laminate flooring, causing a big area to be replaced.  They took the handles off of the fridge and in doing so ended up damaging the fridge door by denting it inward.  During the move, they took out a nice chunk out of our king sized oak headboard, which they ended up taking $20 off of the bill so we could patch it ourselves!   <br /> We got a couple of estimates, because Tasha told me to get some estimates for them and they would pay for the damages.  Instead they refused to pay for them, refused to submit a claim to insurance, and told us that if we didn't let them come in and fix it, then we would have to bring them to court.  I agreed to meet with the owner and some restoration guys, so they could come up with their own estimate.  The first scheduled time (made by the owner), he didn't show up!  The second time, the manager came out with some guy who didn't know anything about fixing things. So now why on earth would I let them fix it when they destroyed it and they're not even bringing competent people to my home to properly assess the situation??  We ended up having to file a claim through our homeowners insurance (we took the hit!) and our insurance company was going to go after them for the cost.  Our claim was for a couple hundred shy of $8,000 in damage!  I hope they have to pay our insurance company back for every penny.  I hate when people get away with doing dirty business.  DO NOT CALL ON CALL SERVICES. <br />
