On 5/10, I contacted On Demand Handyman thru Angie's List and he responded within just a few minutes. I included pictures of the damage and he said he could take care of it for me. He wanted to drive by and take a look in person so I gave him my number and address. After seeing the house in person, he confirmed it was a job he could handle and said he'd be by on 5/13 to take care of it. He got held up on another job but was kind enough to contact me and let me know he'd be out on 5/14. He did show up on 5/14 and did a wonderful job! While he was there I ended up hiring him to clean out the gutters as well. He also quoted me some work I needed done in the bathroom which I'll have him do in about two weeks. Definitely recommend!

James and his fellow worker did a wonderful job. James contacted me promptly after I reached out to him, and he came over within a few hours to give me an estimate. Several days later he and a fellow worker came over early and completed the job, which was much more labor-intensive than it may seem. James, an affable gentleman, is a skilled handyman, and I would not hesitate to hire him again to complete any project.

He came out the same day I called to give an estimate he was very friendly and professional. he had to order the parts. he kept in contact letting me know when the pats were ordered, when they came in and when he picked the siding up. We ran into some rain delay, but once again the handyman kept in contact letting me know he wouldn't be able to work that day and when he would finish the job. He accidentally hung the awning to low, but he came out that night to take it off so I could get in and out my house he came out the next day and not only fixed the awning problem but replaced the siding that had holes in from the screws. I will definitely be keeping this handyman number in my phone and will recommend him to anyone looking for a handy man <br />

My husband went to Ace to see about getting a handyman to do some things for us, we're 83 & 92. He recommended Janes Price, we called him he came out did a good job. Will also do electrical work for us (GFI).

went well.... he called me we set up a time so he could look at everything and because it was a time constraint for me cause the insurance need proof that the problem was fixed he made it quick and easy with a reasonable price..... he did awesome at making time to come fix that for me within the time I needed..... and made it work and the insurance company was happy with the work done as well

On demand kept me informed every step of the way. The siding couldn't be repaired and had to be completely replaced. On demand made sure that we matched exactly and explained materials used. The siding looks beautiful and we are very pleased would and will use again for other projects. Cost also reasonable. Highly recommend!
