Donovan O’Neil, owner of O’Neil appliance Repair of Millsboro, DE responded immediately to my request (same day) with a text and call. He had the work anssessed, priced annd completed all on the same day. He was efficient, knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing, what he saw as the issue and gave me a price very competitive with those I had already received. He cleaned and vacuumed the work area and cleaned the crawl space where he installed new vent materials. He’s very professional and personable. I would definitely hire him in the future should I have problems with any appliances. He told me he services all brands.

I called for help to a repair service online, after they took our information Donovan O’Neil called within a few minutes, that’s it! This particular unit was bought at a local small business that promised repairs for life for their customers which wasn’t true at all. So after days of trying to get an appointment, still I didn’t have one but like I said Donovan called me immediately!! Arrived on time. Courteous and came prepared. Did not have to waste time running for parts. Presented a very professional attitude . Had him do a couple extra jobs on our oven snd refrigerator. He did without reservation. He is VERY knowable with Samsung and LG products. I intend to call him as needed in the future and spread the word with ALL my neighbors and friends. Hired Donovan to install new garbage disposal. Very professional, answered all our questions, arrived as promised, performed work quickly and efficiently. Installation was clean and complete and he double-checked all connections to make sure everything working properly and no leaks. Will definitely call him for any future projects. Highly recommend.

Donovan was a pleasure to work with. He arrived within two hours of speaking, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Related in with the main problem, he noticed a part that was showing excessive wear. He checked the price which was minimal, and for no extra charge beyond the cost of the part, he ordered and installed the part when it arrived a few days later.
