The job took an hour but he charged us for 2 people for 2 hours. Total lie and it certainly doesn't take two people to replace a well pump to start with. The owner didn't know what he was doing as he didn't plumb in a fitting to prime the pump. They also didn't have tools they needed when he showed up. In the end we were charged nearly double for the cost of the pump, crazy inflated prices for PVC misc items, 45% for overhead, and 20% for Profit. $1500 for an hours work and a $350 well pump. This company is dishonest and will rape an unsuspecting customer. In the end the pump didn't have good pressure and we will have to get it redone. We tried to negotiate the bill to a reasonable amount and the owner is unwilling to be reasonable. He also took our old pump that was running..... we had to call and demand he bring it back since it was not his property.

"[member information removed] The customer informed us that she wanted us to give her a second opinion on her plumbing problem. The original plumbing company located a problem at her home and that there was a possible re-route needed. We arrived on site on 04-21-2014. Our tech ran a camera through a 3-inch vent on her roof and was not able to get past a fitting under her slab. He then ran the camera from the washing machine line and indeed found a broken drain line between the washing machine drain and the master bath. In his opinion, the best repair was to re-route the damaged line. Ms. [member name removed] is correct. We did not provide an estimate to make any further repairs. My tech gave more than one option to correct the plumbing problem. It is not in our intention to perform a task that would harm someone or to misdiagnose in any way. If another company was able to make repairs to the sewer line without any undo hardships for Ms. [member name removed], I am glad her issues were resolved."

Things went great. They contacted me immediately. They were very nice and efficient. It's nice to contact people from a list that you know will be reliable. I was very happy and will use them again in the future. They took off the fan, replaced the switch and put everything back together. They were very nice. Comfortable. In and out. Their efficiency stood out to me the most. I was very impressed that they called me back within two hours and were out here within 24 hours and had the job done.

The air conditioning employee/owner that comes out to your
house...his name is John Giangrosso,
he is very fresh. I had a quote from another reputable company to fix my
ac and of course John had to beat it only to screw us over. my AC unit is in
the backyard and there is a door from my bedroom to the yard so he decided
after having me wait a week for his services that he would come to fix my ac
unit at 8pm so he knocks on the front door and i allow him in my house he looks
at the ac monitor and then walks outside through the front door then about 45
minutes later he decides to just make himself at home by opening the door to my
bedroom from the yard and walking right into my bedroom. After that day he
needed to come back for something un-announced. He never called me to let me
know he would be back let alone what time he would be coming. he rang the door bell twice i couldn't answer
the door because i was working as i work from home. He decides to peek through
my bedroom window and knock on the window, my daughter came running to me
afraid because a man was looking through the window. When i went outside there
he was walking into my yard without permission so i said "I'm sorry John i
was working, but do you do this with all your customers...peek through their
bedroom windows walk into their yards without permission", come
un-announced....? he apologized and continued working and left. My AC unit
worked for maybe 2 weeks after the 2 weeks we have tried numerous times to
contact him at his private cell phone number 9859600214 and i tried calling the
number on his site and business card 985-649-5548 numerous times only to get
his voice mail. I tried calling from my house phone, my husbands cell phone and
my cell phone only because it feels like he is avoiding me. Then i get a call
from the landlord stating he told her he has been to my house twice...(of which
clearly again he is going in my yard without permission) and is stating that
the ac unit is working just fine. and that i should keep my ac at 75 in order
for it to work properly. So apparently i cant lower the ac to a temperature of
my liking because Mr. John the AC guy says i cant go below 75... it is
currently 80 degrees outside and i have taken pictures of my ac monitor which
shows the ac is set at 65 and the temp in the house is 78 please tell me how
keeping it at 75 would outdo the temperatures from the real world outside.
Response from One Call
"In reply to the above review: [Member name removed] is the tenant who is renting this property. I was informed by the landlord that he, not [Member name removed], makes the decisions involving all repairs done to this property. I was hired by the landlord. Upon arrival, we found the condenser unit was not operational because it was disassembled by another air conditioning company (hired by [Member name removed]). [Member name removed] advised that all of the electrical components were removed from the unit because they “blew up”. We were advised that the parts were suppose to be ordered but the other company “never came back to install them”. We installed all new starting components and tested the unit and found that the compressor was mechanically locked up. The waiting time was due to the original repair company not completing the repairs, and us getting authorization to repair the unit from the landlord (who was out of the country at the time). When we were authorized by the landlord to complete the repairs, the new unit was installed within Twenty-Four hours. I ordered an identical replacement unit to ensure a trouble-free and expeditious installation. Our company installed the unit and couldn’t finish the installation until around 9 pm that night. When we started the unit, we found that there were other problems inside in the evaporator coil. Since the unit was not operating at the time of our initial visit, this couldn’t have been diagnosed. The morning after the condenser installation, I ordered the new part for the evaporator coil repair. Since I did not have a telephone number to contact [Member name removed], I went to the property when the part came in. I tried to get someone to answer the front door by knocking. The children were opening the curtains and looking to see who was there. We called out to them, through the window, to get their mom for us. After 10 minutes of knocking on the door and waiting we walked around the back of the house. We knew that [Member name removed] has a window unit in the back room and that they were usually in that room. We called out again to [Member name removed] knocking on the window. This time the children went to get her and she came around the back of the home very upset. She told me that when she is working inside she doesn’t answer the door. I apologized to [Member name removed] for any inconvenience and asked permission to finish the evaporator repairs. She allowed the work to proceed. When we finished the repairs, the unit was working properly. It was my understanding that [Member name removed] was happy with the repairs. The next time I heard from anyone was her boyfriend / husband calling me on Sunday morning cursing me out, calling me every word in the book. [Member name removed] told me that it was **ing 68º in his house and that he **ing hot. He wanted his house at 65º degrees. At 68º, he needs a **ing fan to keep cool. I asked Jose’ not to talk to me with that language. I kept calm and had to repeatedly ask him to refrain from the foul language. Jose’ would not stop cursing so I ended the conversation by hanging up the phone. I contacted the landlord and advised him what was happening. The landlord was pleased with the work that we performed."

John promised us that he would have our power back on by Monday night and he kept his promise! His personal service is wonderful and a pleasant personality as well. He will not only fix your problem but will explained what is needed and why so you feel that you have been educated in how your house needs to be treated, just as a sick child at the doctors. Thank you to John!
Great TEAM! I just bought a home and wanted someone that could handle all issues identified from the home inspection - electrical, plumbing, HVAC. OneCall handled it all and the cost was very reasonable. The team of 3 professionals were timely and courteous. If there was a concern, they explained everything and let you decide what you would like done. John was great to work with and is very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future.
