I didn't particularly like it. The guy came and he talked a lot but he didn't really do much. The price was pretty decent. He was professional. It was just a lot of talk. He didn't really do my job. He was just like, "I could do this. I could do that." When it came to doing the job, he was like, "I don't touch this. I don't touch that."

I like that they put the little baggies on their shoes when they came in, they didn't tramp in dirt. They told us how much it would be to do both jobs, we only chose to do one of them because the other one was so expensive. They did what we asked them to and then they left.

It went well. There were no issues. I paid some more to get other things done. They came and did an estimate. It was nice that they brought up other things to my attention. They were on time. One person came out. The price was fair.

<p>It went fine. He seemed ok. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. They tried to resolve the problem. I remember now that there was one switch that was crossed and he tried to fix it.</p>

At first it seemed "fine", the electrical checked out OK. But, many questions were not answered, i.e.: Are the circuits adequate? Why do these lights keep failing? Also, it turned out later, that many circuits are connected, such as the washer on the same circuit as a kitchen and dining room circuit. He was a bit confused by some things and maybe these weren't part of the "inspection". <br /> Ultimately, we contracted with a local electrician and had many missed problems fixed. <br />

One call Electric works on a flat rate basis so the technician quoted me the price before starting the job. Once I accepted the price, he worked very efficiently and installed the timer and programmed the timer for me. The GFI was also installed efficiently. The technician explained every step he was taking and showed me why certain steps were necessary. The techician was very courteous. <br />

They were on time and seemed to know what they were doing. However my husband said that they charged too much (I wasn't home at the time). They fixed a power outage caused by too many appliances on one line.

One Call assisted in coming out late on Saturday to fix the issue so that we could get the electricity back on in our Kitchen. The technician was very pleasant and took the time to explain the issue with the outlet. <br />

The electrician spent an extra day digging the trench for the wiring because he did not dig it deep enough the first time . He did not remove or cover his muddy shoes when he walked through my house to go to the basement and tracked mud through my kitchen and rug. The job seemed to have taken longer than it should have taken . For the amount of money I paid I expected better service completed on a more timely basis by by someone more concerned with the consumer. <br />
