"As a professional plumbing service, we always strive to accommodate our customers in any way we can while giving them great service at a fair price. Additionally, we also are always honest with our customers when changes have to be made and we certainly understand your frustration with your appointment change. We always want our customers to voice their concerns so we can make changes that will ensure future issues such as you encountered do not repeat themselves. We do however, respectfully disagree that our management team was not apologetic for the internal scheduling mistake that initiated this event. As we are sure you will recall, both managers did several times apologize for the mistake that was made, most notably by the person who made the mistake. We do record all of our customer service calls for training opportunities to work on how we can establish more efficient calls and we did so on your situation as well. As it was stated on the call with the person who told you of his error with the appointment change. We also were not aware of you having a newborn at home and should there have been an emergency of any kind that your sink installation was creating you can be certain that you appointment never would have been moved from its original time. As an essential business taking care of emergencies as they arise, these type of calls will always cause smaller installation jobs to be re-scheduled within reason. Finally, as you surely know, we did give you a 20% discount off of the original cost to help with this issue, not 10% as you stated. Since our company does free estimates, if the pricing was not what you considered to be fair, you had the option to refuse the estimate and our technician would have ended the service call at that point at no cost to you. One Call Plumbing does want to thank-you for the recognition of the work done by our technician during this difficult situation that you have addressed. We have noticed some serious issues in our recordings where you have been completely rude."

We have investigated further in to this situation and the technicians were sent back to you just a day ago and they reported that things were tempered with after the repairs were done. However the problem was fixed without any extra cost. We never compromise on our quality of work and you can rest assure that we will continue to provide you with our warranty coverage on the work done by our technicians.
