Serving Mount Airy & Surrounding Areas Since 1949 One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® of Mount Airy is proud of its long history serving the Mount Airy community. Our business began in 1949 as a furnace and air duct company. In the 1950s, we began building custom homes and commercial buildings. However, we devoted our attention to HVAC work full-time in 1993. Since then, we focused on making the residents of Mount Airy, Frederick, Gaithersburg, and surrounding areas in Maryland comfortable in their homes.
