Mr. Quinones told us how to prep the property for his services. He arrived on time and treated the kitchen and bathroom. I thought he was going to treat the entire house, but apparently that wasn't needed in this case. Even though this is a row house (with adjoining homes), his service has worked well so far and it has been 7 months. The roach problem is gone. We highly recommend his services. He knows what he is doing.

He came for several minutes the first time, did an inspection, put down some poison. When I told him I still had the mouse, he said it took several days for the bait to be effective, which is why he does a second visit. On the 2nd visit, 8 days later, he forgot one spot (exterminators routinely write out a bucket list for the follow-up appointment) — and the next day (today) the mouse is still here! Unacceptable. I give him one grade up from F because he was prompt & returned the first time after I didn't see the phone message that he was here.

Very accommodating from the beginning when I needed to change the time and date of the appointment we had first set up because of an emergency. The guy confirmed about appointment the day before and he called letting me know he was going to arrive soon. Arrived on time and started working right away. The spray he sprayed was non toxic and I haven't seen roaches since he sprayed. I haven't seen the mouse since he came to spray either. Explained everything thoroughly and I felt his price was fair. If I need more services I will be calling him.

Great - Angel arrived on time, very pleasant and professional; returned for follow up visit one week later (no extra charge) and then again in another week when I saw a last couple of roaches wandering around (no extra charge).

I had more than the usual problem. Angel was prompt and consistent in spraying for ants. He also gave me some pointers about outside shrubbery and structure maintenance to help prevent reinfestation. I'm very satisfied with his service and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Called and Angel was able to accommodate a visit to my home the very next day. He explained full process....sprayed/applied gel in all kitchen cabinets, bathrooms and exterior perimeter (front and backyard). Next day was surprised not to wake up to any critters. He came back out 3 weeks later for a follow-up. Applied gel through out cabinets and front porch. Again as I share walls with neighbors of which 1 moved out and new neighbors moved in...I have literally only seen 3 bugs in the past 2 so happy to say I am 99.9999999% PEST FREE. So extremely satisfied with service. Angel offers quarterly follow-ups which I will definitely be using. Highly recommend.

Angel was very professional, informative and friendly. We signed up for a seasonal service which includes 3 visits. I have not seen a single ant or really any bug for that matter, since the first time he was here. I would recommend and use his services again in the future.

Mr. Quinones was punctual and professional. He gave two treatments that significantly put.a dent in the rodent population. I haven't seen any living rats lately. My husband has found several dead ones. If you are looking for an excellent pest control company, I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE ONE STOP PEST SERVICES.
