Called Manny 0900 and texted him pictures of what I wanted to remove. He gave me an estimate right away. Told me he could start my way around 1200. Manny and his son arrived on time and where very courteous and professional. They both worked very efficiently and got the job done.

I contacted Manny on Saturday morning to inquire about his cost and timing. I did not get an answer so instead of leaving a message, I thought I would call back. I didn't even have to do that because within 10 minutes he returned my missed call. He was very polite and provided me all the information I needed on the phone. He was also willing to come the same day if I needed! We scheduled time for Sunday and when they arrived they were professional, polite, and quick! Not to mention we thought they had a great price! I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others! <br />

Manny was great. Very responsive, reasonably priced, pleasant and punctual. I had done some research, and some places were expensive, others wanted to come out before giving you a price, then expect to get the business automatically. Manny came out, gave a good price, has his own set of rules and ethics he lives by, and is a genuinely nice guy. Very honest and trustworthy, and I would recommend him to anyone as I would like to see him be able to grow his business as he desires. <br />

Manny was very responsive, punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services in the future. We spoke on the phone and scheduled a date and time. He arrived right on time and handled the job quickly. We just moved into a home about four months ago and needed some work done in the backyard. The previous owner attempted to make a composting area but it ended up as a large mound of hard dirt that was in the way of where we are planning to install monkey bars for our two boys. Also, I knocked down eight feet of old fence and needed to get rid of the wood, some bricks, shelves and an old bike. It would've been way too much work for me to handle on my own but Manny and his team knocked it out in about 90 minutes. <br />

They worked four hours in the heat in our garage. We had a huge trailer full of junk they hauled away. They are great. In fact, we did not get a chance to sort through all of the stuff that they pulled out of the garage. They pulled it out and we put it back in. They pulled it out. We cleaned it and we have not gone through it yet. We suspect there will be more. We already kind of said that we would call them again.
