Onesource Contracting and Mechanical

They never checked the duct work and we found that the system they installed was not right for our home. We also found a hole that was too large and they had rigged it to make it work. We have had to have another company come out to repair and duct work evaluation.

I completely trust Onesource and Paul to give me honest recommendations based on what is best for my house, not what is the most expensive service to purchase. I plan to have Paul address 3 more projects over the rest of the year. <br /> Paul was professional, worked very fast, and clearly very knowledeable about HVAC and plumbing. <br />

<p>This provider is wonderful. I use them for a lot of work around the house. They have helped with my A/C and furnace, and have also taken a look at some plumbing clogs.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The provider also provides helpful hints and tips for maintenance I can do throughout the year.</p> <br />

They did a good job. They did everything I asked. They did work two months ago. It was in November.  The price was in line with other service providers. It was reasonable. They always come out as soon as I call them. They work late and get it done.  They did great.

Both current items repaired to my satisfaction. I have used this company many times over the years and have always been very satisfied with their service. They have done electrical, plumbing and heating and air conditioning work and have always been prompt and professional. They are in the process of preparing a quote for me on a new HVAC system.

Overall, we are very happy with all of the work done by OneSource and would not hesitate to have them do any work we needed done. <br />

Our Home Warranty Company (Old Republic) sent Onesource to our home to fix an AC problem.   They were the 2nd company sent out, the first one charged me a 60 dollar service call fee and left in 10 minutes after saying he cleaned some dust out of the fly wheel.   Turned out, when Onesource came out our A-coil was frozen over and that is what was causing the vibration noise, not the "dusty" fly wheel.       Since we had paid the service call fee just a few days before, Old Republic paid for the Onesource call.   They're due to return in the spring to add R-22 to the unit because they found it was only low in pressure.    We'll let you know how that visit goes.

He was fast, to the point, and he explained everything.  He cleaned up well.  I thought I would have to wait days when I called, but they came within the hour.
