I called at 8 about my air conditioning, and someone was at my house by 10. And the repairs were completed by 11 and for less than I expected to pay. Extremely happy customer!

One Source just saved me from replacing my entire system. I called One Source after getting a repair quote from another HVAC company that told me my compressor was bad and tried to sell me a new system. One Source tech came out a few hours later and replaced a solenoid and had my ac cooling immediately afterwards. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our family was getting a new unit because the old one in our house went out late one Friday afternoon. Someone came out Saturday afternoon to do a quick fix. The decision for a new unit was made; so that Monday we would get the unit installed. My husband was told the tech would be there Monday at 8:30am. First person showed up at 9:15 am the second tech, who actually had the new unit, showed up about 20 or 30 minutes later. The techs were at our home all day literally, it was 5:30pm when they left. They left the job incomplete. Neither tech came to tell me the measurements for piece needed to complete the job was miscalculated nor did they try to tell me there was no filter and just taped up the opening where the filter goes. Luckily my husband came home while the techs were there to see how the job was coming along. The tech told my husband that someone from the office would call to reschedule to come out and complete the job. No one from the office called. My husband had to call a few times only to be told we had to be put on a waiting because we were not priority (there were people with no air). It’s going on two weeks and counting.

I normally don't write reviews, but One Source Heating and Cooling instead saved me! My house was FREEZING and with a young child at home, I needed help fast. The office staff was friendly and helpful from the start, sending a service technician out shortly after. I even got a phone call when he was on the way, which helps so much when you have kids. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit, the tech was professional , and fixed our heat in no time. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about heating and air, and not just trying to make a sale. I am so thankful for the service I received, I even got a call back a few days later making sure everything was okay. I highly recommend them for any heating and air issues.

Awesome.We have used these guys in the past for other houses, but since new ownership, it has gone to the next level. <br /> <br /> The attention to detail was superb. We needed an additional air intake made and installed into existing ductwork for maximum efficiency, and they did this all at no extra cost. They came back after install to check on the new system. The new unit was priced well, and the installation from start to finish was superb. As always, these guys seem to hire the best technicians, knowledgable, friendly, polite and so helpful. <br /> <br /> Wonderful experience. We really don't shop around on these guys, as we might save a couple dollars elsewhere from time to time, but the service is so good, I wouldn't use anyone else.

It went well. We have used One Source for multiple properties for years. They underwent a change of ownership in the last twelve months or so, and the new owners have breathed a new life into the company. The technicians have always been superb, but the old owners left some to be desired. Since the new owners took over, what a difference

One Source was the best all around. Was real upset about my unit and me not having no money One Source installed a brand new unit and did not charge plus gave me my $29.00 svc back. They are very professional and care about their customers. I would recommend them to anybody. Several of my friends have called them since and has had very successful work done and was very happy with One Source. This is one of the best companies I have had at my house.. <br />

"Mrs. [Member name removed] Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with One Source. As the new owner of the company I am reaching out to sites such as this and reviewing any comments from dissatisfied customers. Upon review of your file I see where one system was sold which required an increase to the return size, new line sets to be pulled, and an additional supply run to be added. We appreciate the business and it seems as the new system has been working properly for you. As to you post on trying to grab a quick buck. As the new owner that will not be tolerated. The notes in the system spoke to an evaporator coil that had a leak in it. This is a major fix and has to be decided if it is worth fixing or needs replacing based on the condition of the existing system. I have trained my techs in the field and the office staff in the office to make sure we handle all customers the way I would like to be treated if I had a service company come out. All of my techs are instructed to deliver a price for the repair and a price to replace and then answer any questions the customer may have from there. At this point we have left it up to the customer to make the final decision. I am striving as the new owner to be the most professional, punctual, and fair company in the area to do business with. Thanks again for the review. It's reviews such as this one even when they are unfavorable that allow me to address issues and make improvements to the overall business."

IThe previous owner of One Source had replaced parts for my HVAC that I don't believe were necessary because the unit continued to give me major problems. Once I talked with the new owners they made every effort to make it right. They sent out their best technician, Jason, and he checked and double checked everything. Diagnosed the issue a bad thermostat and replaced it. Everything is working fine now. <br />

<p>While the first vendor we contacted did diagnose our problems and even offered some of the same solutions provided by One Source, we felt more comfortable with the knowledge of the initial technician from One Source, which is why we chose this vendor to complete our work.</p> Our house is over 30 years old and some of the work that the service men had to complete was difficult to complete in only a "crawl space" but if they complained to each other, we did not hear any of the complaints. We do know that they had to work diligently at getting the ducts lined up, as well as getting the new unit under the house. <br /> In the grading, we assigned a "B" for cost because who wants to spend so much money? But, we do believe that the amount of work necessary to install the AC/Heat unit was worth the cost. And, we were provided cheaper options but we chose to select the more expensive unit. <br /> We were very pleased with the quality of the work - at least it was cool for the first night! Only time will tell about the heat unit but we have every confidence that if any problems occur, we can contact One Source for assistance.

I paid a couple times to come out and service. Then on the third trip they said I needed a new one. They are quick talking and slick talking when talking about prices and they overpriced it by about $3,000. They gave me a runaround for about three weeks about returning money. I foolishly purchased the unit before I knew about them and knew about the price and found out later that I should have paid about $4,000 max. They put all these papers in front of you to sign while talking to you and like a fool I signed it. I just want to warn other people about this.
