"He bought the deal two years ago! He asked me if I would honor the deal a couple months after the deadline. I said yes. a year and a half later he contacts me to do the job. It was a 50% off deal. two years after the deal was bought he wants to do the work and does not expect to buy the additional 50%?????????? Is he flipping crazy???????????????? The 50% off deal was good for 6 months only. I gave him an extra two months!!!!!!! Two years later he wants the same deal. What an uninformed human being. The deal was dead a long time ago. He needs to pay the other 50% retail value to get his work done. This man is a dead beat apparently."
"Well this was a new hired employee and he was fired immediately and so I was embarrassed at his actions. He put the door on backwards though because the customer asked him to and then asked him to reverse it later. Ultimately the work came out very good and everything cleaned, but this new hire was a disaster. I have an "A" rating for a good reason. But this is an embarrassment."
"You must have gone on the wrong page. I don't work in Old Saybrooke."
"Thank you for praising our workmanship. It didn't take that long to tape and plastic though. We had rain to battle with plus we ran into extra days of carpentry that we never charged you extra for. During that time after we started masking was when the extra carpentry took place. But you were working so you didn't know. Glad the house looks great! It will also last over a decade without needing another paint job because of our exclusive 3 coat system with our special primer."
"I remember this job well. When was I rude? I am never rude to anyone ever. As you said the job came out beautiful. The bathroom problem was explained and we fixed the issue. You had a clacimime issue that was causing your old popcorn to react. I bent over backwards to fix it even though I never charged for this kind of repair. The issue cost me hundreds of dollars to fix and I never asked you for a penny. I returned several times to make sure at our own expense to make sure the strange bathroom issue went away. I was a hero. Really disappointed by this one."
"While I have 95% "A+" reviews I have to hang my head on this one. Crew was fired immediately. While this customer exaggerates greatly as all angry customers do (few and far between thankfully) The crew didn't clean as they were instructed and cost me a lot of embarrassment and headache for my customer. There was a design that wasn't visible just structural that was not needed to do for deck steps and this design took a us a week longer than what I was figuring. I never asked her for a dime of extra money but I lost 1000 in profit. The only thing I can say about the bathroom complaint is don't lock a crew out of the house and they wont have to use the bushes. Other than this I sent my lead carpenter to fix the problems and they ended up by their own admission with a job well done. Sorry for the hassle."
"Well, I am sorry you had this experience. When I was there for inspection I didn't see any of the shelf issues you pointed out here. We were covering existing un level concrete and was requested to use a foam backer by the customer...and I didn't want to do it because it would create an unstable and spongy backing for the sheet rock. It is obvious that when they applied any weight to the shelf the seams split. It would have been appropriate to call me to repair it. That is why I give a 5 year labor warranty. It is unthinkable to not use your warranty and give me a "D" for something I warned you about in the first place and was available to repair upon request. I am an "A" rated contractor for a reason."
"Dear foreign customer. I do not know you. You are not in my data base, I wasn't painting your house in June, I have no such thing as a 299 painting deal offered. You are not any where in my schedules, data base customer profiles...no where. You have the wrong man. Right name but you were not served."
