One Stop Roofers Inc.

One Stop Roofers provided me with a free estimate. There was hail damage and soft spots on my roof and my carport awning had hail damaged. They provided photos and assisted me with contacting my homeowners insurance and we got the ball rolling. They showed up on a Monday and both jobs were completed by end of the day Friday. They kept me informed of any problems such as my roof decking was in bad shape; city inspectors were contacted and it was red flagged. Art contacted my insurance got the authorization to replace the decking and the skilled team had the decking on before the end of day 2. Daniel and Art are part of the management team. Daniel assisted me with homeowner insurance code coverage knowledge and Art helped me pick out shingles and the color of the drip edge. I got up on the roof with Art that Saturday to take a look and it looked great and no soft spots. My roof looks great and it has rained, hailed and snowed since the install. No issues to report and I will be hiring them for other general contract jobs in my home and they are locally owned and operated.

I first found out about One Stop Roofers when they did my neighbors roof. When I contacted them for my own roof needs, they made the whole experience quick and pleasant. They dealt with my insurance company for me, but kept me in the loop every step of the way. If I had any questions I could call/text my sales rep (Armando) and he would have an answer for me in less than 10 minutes. I was 8 months pregnant at the time we started the claim and One Stop Roofers worked with me to get the job done BEFORE the baby came. They were very understanding in my situation making sure the job was done in the 3 allotted days they promised, as well as keeping everything clean. They lived up to my expectation and then some. The workers were courteous, and at the end of every day they would clean up outside. What was most surprising were the little details that they did on their own free will. At the end of the job they ran a magnet around the whole house to pick up any missed nails, and also trimmed the tree branches that were hanging over the roof!! It is the little things that make the biggest impact. They lived up to the job that they promised. I highly highly recommend One Stop Roofers if you live in or near El Paso.

The work was well done. The only problem is that they did not picked up all of the trash and used the house trash cans to haul away the debris. The company said that they would pick it up but it has been weeks now.

The roof was done well and in a timely fashion. Clean up was excellent. But when it was finished, Art did not follow up by getting city inspector to come. I contacted him several times and he was always going to take care of it. After 3 weeks I called myself for the inspection. I am still waiting for the final paper work.

Owners Art and Dan did an extraordinary job for us. Met with our insurance adjuster. Handled all insurance claim paperwork. Follow-up and resolve is second to none. Excellent warranty. Timely. Dependable. We are very satisfied customers and will be using them again at other locations for upkeep, repair, and replacement.

The exterior roofing was done well. Some unseen damage to the roof was also done at a modest cost. Issues occurred on the interior work done. Textures were not matched to existing ceilings, some of the replacement of the plaster was not done correctly, gaps were left between ceiling and wall and the texturing had been applied very messy on the side walls. A final walkthrough was not done when the work was "completed" to discuss these issues. When contact by the contractor was made for the final amount due, the customer service I received was short, rude, accusing and very impolite. In the end, the contractor tried to fix the problems left but from a woman's standpoint, I had lost trust and confidence with this company so I did not pursue this option.

From one to ten (ten being the best) I give them a ten. I highly recommend them

Excellent work. They did demolition, replaced a CT scanner. Friendly, amazing people.

They gave me a free estimate and the service was done with quality materials. The process was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

They did a really good job. It was done in a timely manner. They picked up everything! There are no nails left over. It was a good job!
