I was told, they would be there between 1 and 2. They showed up around 2:15 without a phone call or follow-up. In three hours, they managed to do some cleaning. The two people wiped around several objects but did not move or clean underneath anything. They did not wipe the dust off of any pictures on the walls. They did dust one ceiling fan but not the second. The cleaners knocked a stack of papers off of a shelf and onto the floor but did not bother to pick them back up. I asked them to take out the garbage but they did not bother to do that either. They did not clean the stove or any appliances. There were so many things that they did not do and so many short cuts that were taken. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed, for as small as this apartment is, my apartment should have been immaculate. Instead I have to hire someone else to redo their work. Stay away from One Way Cleaning.

They came a few weeks ago to complete a painting job and since they did a great job, I called them back to fix my storage door. I was really happy and they completed the job very quickly. It was convenient for me.

The summary: I hired Mixene at One-Way cleaning for a deep cleaning of a newly purchased condo in mid July 2016, based on reviews I read on Angie's list. I was extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend him. Based on his performance I will likely be employing him to clean my unit on a regular schedule. The details: I bought a condo in mid-July 2016 and needed a top-to-bottom deep clean of the unit before moving in, especially after I had several contractors do various messy repair jobs. I called Mixene a few weeks before to schedule the cleaning. English is his first language and I had no trouble communicating with him (inability to communicate in English is a common problem for contractors here in Miami). I had a tight schedule, because the contractors were finishing on a Thursday morning, and the movers were coming the next day. Thus, that Thursday afternoon was the only time I had available for the cleaning. Even though Mixene had other jobs for that day, he made this schedule work. Over the phone he was extremely courteous and responsive. Because I was out of town in any case did not have access to the condo for an estimate, he gave me one over the phone based on my description. He quoted me $210 for cleaning the condo (1250 sqft), the interiors of the appliances, plus wiping down the walls. He estimated that they would arrive between 4:30 and 5:30 pm on the appointed day. The Monday before I called Mixene and confirmed the appointment. The day of, he and his assistant arrived precisely at 4:30pm. The parameters of the job had changed slightly, because I ended up having the walls painted and so they did not need to be wiped. While he was coming up to the unit I asked if we could substitute a careful vacuuming of the interior of the (very dusty) washer/dryer (I had removed the front panels for access), and he had no problem with this. Mixene and his assistant were remarkable. I expected they would spend perhaps two hours on the unit and (based on my experience with other cleaners) there would be various missed bits. However, they took their time and carefully cleaned every little nook and cranny. To my surprise, they were there until almost 9:30pm (after a full day of work already) and the unit was absolutely spotless when they were done. During the visit Mixene was professional and courteous, and they were extremely careful of the newly painted walls, the grout that had been recently repaired, and the new hardwood floors. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, and highly recommend him and his team.

John and Mark did an amazing job! They even scrubbed until all of the excess construction paint and grout was completely gone! We will continue to use their cleaning services for bi-weekly cleaning.

Heather is very professional and does a very good job. She has addressed any concerns I have had promptly. My house is clean every time she comes. I hire her to come every other week and she always sends a reminder that she will be there the next day. If for any reason she cannot be there, she lets us know soonest.  <br /> I would recommend her to anyone looking to have your house cleaned just once or on a regular basis. <br />
