We are a family owned and operated in business since 1996. We service all types of roofs, from an emergency leak repair to a new roof. We also provide Haag certified pre and post hurricane inspections. In the event of a hurricane or any other storm damage, we are experts at working with insurance companies to reach a fair and fast settlement. Regardless of where you are in South Florida, we're ready to help with your roofing needs. We're experts at handling insurance claims and can typically have your damaged roof repaired with little or no out-of-pocket expenses. We have been in the roofing business for over 15 years and have offices in Kentucky, Illinois, & Florida. We have built a solid reputation and are excited to bring our services to South Florida. "As we explained to you on the phone and in email, we had a very slow winter. That being said, our cash flow was down and we got slightly behind on our material payments with our vendors. However, all of that is taken care of. We took care of your account within a few days and the lien has been removed. We are sorry for the delay in paying for your materials. "I'm sorry for your bad experience with our company. We by no means have any desire to "bait and switch" you or any customer. The estimator didn't see the damage of the second gable. The reality is that our roofers are skilled beyond any estimator or salesman due to the fact that they've been working on roofs for over twenty years. They have trained themselves to identify any areas that may be of concern or cause future damage to the areas that they are working in. According to both our crew leader and estimator, we did call you to verify the additional area before beginning to do the work. You signed off and agreed to the work + price. We never received any complaints from you until this negative review. If you felt as though you could have gotten equal work done for less, then we wish you would have communicated that information. We would have charged you a minimum trip fee ($150) and cancelled your contract. As I said, we never aim to bait and switch customers. We are sorry for your negative experience. I wish we would have known sooner so that we could have resolved the issue."
