Excellent. Todd arrived 2 hours after I called him. He reassembled and resealed leaky canister - no more leak.

It did not go very good. I scheduled and appointment and they did not show up. Then I called and they didn't answer. Then they finally calling back three weeks later only after seeing bad review.

The work done in my house was done in a professional manner.

The replacement was quick and the faucet works great. No issues after install. Water pressure in check...registered at 70.

Quote seemed very over priced, and some recommended items were totally unnecessary, I learned later . After "free home inspection " he wanted to over sell on everything! Left my landscaping irrigation system off (took me a few days to discover - plants looked bad). Also seems to have turned off my of the taps under my kitchen sink. On purpose? I don't know. Maybe just sloppy, wanted to get home. The part he replace (for $39) could have been bought at local store for $12 and just screwed on

Team was quick, less than 15 minutes. They even corrected a prior plumbing error.

Initially, I called Todd to replace our reverse osmosis drinking water system. He gave us a range of choices and prices. We chose a Alkalizer system custom manufactured in Tempe. He installed it quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with this system thus far. He also replaced ten shut-off sink/toilet valves that were inoperable due to hard water deposits. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and found that it was the disposal. He replaced that which fixed the leak. In addition, we had water damage from a previous leak by our refrigerator. He opened the nearby damaged cabinet and adjacent wall to find water and mold inside. Todd handles water damage, mold removal and restoration. We had him remove the damaged wallboard and cabinet and treat the mold. It is an involved process which took about one week. The area was repaired to look as it had prior to the damage. He matched the texture on the wall, the paint color, grout and veneer/wood on the cabinet.

Todd created and installed a plugging device in short order. In addition he and his colleague Hugh moved the refrigerator for me! At some future date I will ask Onsite to replace the broken valve. Onsite Plumbing continues to be my first choice for plumbing needs.

It was fine.  They were here three months ago in September of 2016.  They were good.  The price was fine.  If I had a need to use them again, I would.  There was one person who came out to do the work.  The worker was professional. They left the work area clean when the work was done.  

Todd replaced the outdoor faucet as per the deal. He then went through the house with me to inspect the plumbing. His inspection was thorough and comprehensive. He carefully explained all the issues uncovered and utilized photographs and thermal imagining to help us understand the nature and scope of our issues. We will use him again to replace our RO system, which we were already in the process of taking bids on. We also have several frozen shut-off valves we will have him repair as well. He is professional, knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of plumbing. It is a pleasure doing business with someone like this!

Paid my money for the service, never heard from them. Called and left messages and no call back. Right now, I am not impressed with them. Come do the service and I will be happy to rate them then.

The AL deal was for an outdoor hose bibb replacement, however he simply replaced the internal assembly. While I realize this is probably "good enough" and the leak has stopped, what I paid for was a replacement. I would have liked to have had the entire bibb replaced with a new one (as advertised) because the one that's on there is showing age. He mentioned that he basically wasn't paid for these services and so he really didn't want to go through the extra effort of soldering a new bibb on. He gave me numerous quotes to replace everything from my water heater to my water softener and my main water shut off valve. Some of it is reasonable, but some of it really reeked of "upsell". I understand the man is trying to run a business and isn't feeding his family on promotions where he makes little or no money, but a different approach would have been to simply do a great job, build trust and rapport, and then be the first person on my list to call when I needed something more significant.

Fast, clean and professional. Would hire them again anytime. Highly recommended.

Professional. He did not waste time and was very efficient. I am a mechanical engineer and understand this type of work. He built my trust and I believe he knows what he is doing. I trust his expertise and experience absolutely.

Todd and assistant Hugh did an excellent and thorough job. They replaced 15 risky plastic water shutoff valves (toilets, sinks, refrigerator ice water) with stainless steel valves. They replaced an inoperative RO system at the kitchen sink, including a very nice spigot. Todd made extra trip to supplier to obtain the high quality valves. I will certainly call on them for future plumbing needs.

Great communication. Let me know where is was and when he was on his way. Put a new hose bib in. It took just minutes. I thought it was reasonable through Angie's List. No extra charges. I would recommend and use again.
