Hurried, sloppy work was performed. HORRIBLE job on backsplash. Found out after the fact that they are not licensed to move gas line, which they did. They left 2 small gas leaks in the line which caused an 11 day lockout by SW Gas. They did not get permit prior to move and did not get inspection when gas line was complete. This blunder cost me thousands of dollars to get permit and repairs by LICENSED company, all of which I will be filing a claim in civil court to recoup my money. Was way over charged for flooring, which on target had me purchase 2 times what I actually needed and also when I paid for backsplash material they had me get 2 times the amount needed, which Donnie Dean took the 2 remaining unopened boxes home with him when I fired him. I had to get ROC to make them repair their slop job after 3 months of asking them to do it but luckily ROC agreed with me and made them do the many repairs. All of this will be part of the civil suit but just want to let others know about this

Aaron, Donny, and Randy were great. They arrived every morning, worked diligently, executed the work well, generally cleaned up, and left everything in good order. They'll be back for a couple of touchups, but all in all a great job by some skillful, personable, and nice guys. Will definitely have them back again.
