My home needed a lot of repairs - new interior ceiling with electrical light installed in one room, exterior door and storm door replaced and painted, tub recaulked, wall repaired, kitchen painted. Everything went great. The owner, Mr. Irving Mitchell, was on the job site every day and did a lot of the work in person, assisted by a skilled craftsman, Mr. Randy. Mr. Irving and Mr. Randy were very careful, paid a lot of attention to detail, worked very hard to make everything perfect, and the price was extremely reasonable for the work done. Plus, they're nice people. I had to be away from the house while the work was going on, so I trusted them with a key and left them to go in and out as they pleased, no problems resulted. If you can get On the Level Construction, LLC for any home repair job, this is who you should hire. Don't be concerned if they don't show up at 7 am like some crews do - Mr. Irving is the business owner and sometimes he has to go to the office to return phone calls before coming to the job site, this goes with having the owner on the job site in person. In my opinion, having the owner on the job site instead of just sending a crew is part of why the work is so high quality.

Great. After seeing how the front porch turned out I decided to have Irving and Randy refurbish the storage/tool building. Ran into issues with the building (old termite damage) however it was repaired and better than new now. It’s no longer a work shed but livable space now. Definitely made the right hire with On The Level. Thanks again!

Mr. Mitchell did a great job in getting all the repairs done so I could get my house rented again. He is courteous, professional, skilled, and his fees are reasonable.

He was very professional and trustworthy. He accompanied me to the store to obtain all supplies needed and kept me in the loop when things popped up so I would know if the timeline for repairs slipped. My new tenant called offering lots of compliments on his work and we all are pleased with all work he has done. He will me my go to person for needed repairs in the future. Oh, did I mention he’s a Veteran and all around great guy! I’d recommend him to anyone needing any type of services as he is multi-talented. Thanks again Mr. Mitchell!

moved ceiling fan, replaced ceiling light, installed 6 new ceiling lights in kitchen, patched and painted ceiling where old light was removed. repaired two leaking exterior faucets, replaced an exterior light and installed 2 sunshades on patio. repaired a broken downspout on my gutter on his own. he was courteous, prompt, worked around my schedule and charged a fair price.

Very prompt service and then took the time to do the job right. We had an interior door and frame that needed to be replaced. It sits in an awkward position at the end of a hallway and they went the extra mile to make sure the casing around the door was cut to fit perfectly. Great looking, thorough and detailed paint job to match the existing paint.
