James Burton is a perfectionist. My car had never been garaged and been detailed only once in five and a half years. I was trading it in. Saying something "looked like new" is a cliché but after James was finished it truly did, inside and out including under the hood. I couldn't believe the attention he paid to the smallest details. I've never been more pleased. I would use James again in a heartbeat. <br />

The guy was very friendly and personable. Knew what he was doing. Used professional supplies, and was generous with insider tips on how to maintain the results that he achieved. A very nice gesture. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. <br />

<p>Job well done. Every inch of my vehicle appeared to have been cleaned. My only problem is the price. I paid $149.00 to Angie's List, but Jim insisted the price was wrong and I owed an additional $100.00, which I paid.</p> <br />

"Hi (removed member name) and thank you for your review, and yes I remember our conversation per your vehicle well I glad to hear my product does exactly what I said it would do when it gets dusty you just wipe it down and it retains it s gloss and believe me there is nothing inexpensive about the type of products I use and all of this was explained to you and your wife and you loved how the vehicle turned out no complaints even as this review is a year old I still have the picture of you and your wife standing by the Honda most people wont pose for a picture if they do not like the work that was done to the vehicle. "Well (member name removed) I don't have your name on an invoice, you don't mention make or model of vehicle or if this was purchased for someone else so with that little to go on, it's hard to comment on your Review but this is what I do know : If I'm running late I call if you provided your # , I'm pretty much easy going and I explain to you what is going to be done to your vehicle and how it is going to look when it's finished, so you would have to explain a D for professionalism that varies with people,and a C on overall well I'm sorry that you are not satisfied but the thing is this when I walk the customer around the vehicle after it is completed and most times they say it looks great, and then theres the before and after photos thats all I have to go on when I leave to this point, Maybe thats why you didn't provide any other info in your review.Jim"

I have a detail-er I use on a regular basis. Saw the coupon for $169 and decided to give On the Move a try. There was an upcharge due to my truck being full size, it was mentioned in the details of the coupon I just didn't see it. No big deal. He did a great job but it ended up being a bit more expensive than my regular guy. So all and all a good job. He even buffed out some pretty good scuffs, so he does a good work. <br /> Only reason I would not use this service again is that; I can normally just call and get an appointment any day with my guy at a cheaper price. I just wouldn't use them again due to having to schedule and it being more expensive than my reguar guy. <br /> <br /> <br />

The team arrived as agreed and went to work. I saw their vehicle was licensed in Arizona and asked about it. They said they were still in business in AZ and ready to move business and family to San Diego. <br /> These guys were thorough, fast and professional. I have to say this is the most I have paid for a detail (I requested additional services) and I am very happy. I had decided the front driver floor mat would never come clean - grease and dirt from stopping to help at a wreck - and they agreed. While they were working on the car I went on e-bay to find a replacement and did for $70. When I checked the mat at the end it was spotless! <br /> About half-way through the car looked so good, my wife asked them when they could do hers. So, while there they called the next appointment to see if they could be a couple of hours late. That worked for the next customer and these guys detailed her ES350 while working on mine. Both cars look fantastic. <br /> I was impressed how conservation-minded they were. Careful with water, constantly cleaning up. I had already had a very bad experience with another mobile detail company. - They never came, wouldn't return calls. Not these folks. I had to call a couple of times to confirm the appointment, these guys were very responsive. <br />
