Linda was very helpful selecting the laminate. When On the Spot removed my old laminate, a water leak had cause quite a bit of mold. They eradicated the mold and provided a dehumidifier. They stayed in touch with me throughout the drying process. The floor was installed and looks great. On the Spot was professional and friendly and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for flooring and carpet cleaning. <br />

We were very pleased with the work <em> On The Spot</em> did cleaning our carpets and grout. The 2 technicians arrived on time and asked questions as they were shown the areas to be cleaned. As they worked they asked me to inspect and make sure I was pleased. When they finished they cleaned up after themselves and did not leave water or other messes from where the hoses ran. <br /> I gave the company a B for responsiveness because I had originally requested they get in touch with me through their web site and they never did. I then called and had to wait several hours for a return call. I had read the good reviews on Angie's List so did not give up. <br /> I will use them again. <br />

By the time we realized our cat was urinating on the dining room oriental rug, he had been doing it for so long, that the hardwood floor underneath was ruined. We just knew there was no hope for the oriental rug. We were sick as it coordinated with the living rug. Don cleaned the living room rug in the house and took the dining rug to his plant. He did many cleanings on it and was actually able to save it. The dyes (it had burgundy and blues in it) did not bleed and the smell was gone. We were elated with the results and are forever thankful to Don for all his patience in restoring our rug. <br /> He has done a great job on all services provided and would highly recommend On the Spot. <br />

Both visits, they arrived on time, did the work in a professional manner, were friendly and helpful. Linda and Ron helped us choose flooring that looked great but didn't cost a lot (due to upcoming move). When I move to my new house I will give them a call. Both phone calls and emails were returned promptly and estimates were right on the money. <br />

Called for an appointment and was pleased that they could respond the very next day. Appointment was scheduled for between 12:30 and 1:00pm. When no one had arrived by 1:30pm I called Linda who pledged to contact her crew member (Anthony) by phone. Truck arrived 10 minutes later. Anthony was courteous, professional, efficient and did a terrific job including focusing on the few stained areas I had marked. He was done in about 90 minutes. Drying time was a bit longer than the 5-7 hours that had been suggested, but that did not create any issues. I would certainly call them again in the future. <br />

My primary concerns were wax stains and a cat urine stain (1 spot, mild smell per technician). The wax stain is much better. The technician assured me that the cat pee smell was gone upon his departure, but within days it was clearly MUCH WORSE. The technician was at least 90 minutes late. The owner/dispatcher(?) called about an hour before my appointment to let me know that her technician would be an hour late. No call was made to report further lateness. Overall, I was not impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their services for pet stain removal.

"(Member name removed): I'm so sorry you were not happy with the service we provided at your home on Saturday, February 1. While we are normally very prompt with our appointment times, we do experience days when previous jobs were larger than we were told, loaded with furniture or other factors that may result in delays. We try to keep customers aware of the delays as we, apparently, did in your case. We would be happy to send a supervisor out to reclean your carpets and retreat the stains if you would like. Pet urine is a very challenging substance to remove from the carpet and our success is impacted by how long the stain has been on the carpet, what other chemicals have been used on it, the stain resistance features of the carpet, the animal who created the problem is still in the household, etc. Please let me know if you would like a return visit or, if not, we can refund your money. We strive very hard to uphold high levels of customer service and will do whatever we can to rectify any problem."
