The company name is ?On Time,? but these guys are never on time. They routinely show up late, arrive unprepared, or fail to follow through as promised. My issue isn?t the pricing?it?s the lack of transparency and accountability. Years ago, they billed by the hour and provided invoices with labor and material breakdowns. Over time, rates increased dramatically and they switched to charging by the ?job.? Alex admitted their pricing now effectively works out to nearly $300 per hour. Fine?but customers deserve to know what they?re paying for. Instead, when I questioned charges, Alex told me it wasn?t industry standard to explain them. I was billed for work I don?t believe was performed, repeatedly dealt with the same HVAC issues, and got nowhere asking for answers. After I raised concerns, Alex ended the business relationship. The company later claimed I ?felt that [I] didn?t get what [I] wanted out of that.? False. I wanted transparency. Look elsewhere.
