They arrived as scheduled. They were on time and serviced my garage door. I had a problem with my door going down and then would reverse. A few days later it did the same thing, so I called them back to look at my door. Of course, the problem did not repeat.

Outstanding in all regards. I called on Sunday and an appointment was made for Monday morning. The technician called ahead and arrived on the early side of the appointment window. The technician James was even interviewed by our cat, and he gave him rave reviews. James is a great company representative. Even with all these positives, the price was incredibly fair.

Harley and George showed up on time, were courteous, obviously knew what they were doing. Removed Lifestyle Screen and old garage door, installed new quality heavy-duty door and reinstalled screen -- all in about 4 hours. They moved my garage stuff out of their way and put things back. Cleaned up everything. Calls to the office were answered and returned promptly. Fast scheduling. Overall A rating. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

I called on a Thursday afternoon and my appointment was set for Friday morning. Ed arrived on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was friendly and courteous. He lubricated the door without charge. I would definitely hire On Track for future garage door work and will recommend them to my friends and associates.

Ed was great. He was responsive, professional and figure the problem right out. Apparently whomever owned the home prior to me replace the compatible inside button with a cheap button. The garage opener got stuck on vacation mode and there was not compatible button to get it out of vacation mode. Put the appropriate button on and problem solved. Price was also very reasonable.

Fabulous service! Arrived within 20 minutes of my call. My garage door got off track, and my car was stuck in my garage. Fortunately I did not need any parts, so the repair was done immediately. Excellent price. Provided an Angie's List discount. Very friendly. Would highly recommend!

I called them late Sunday afternoon. Over the phone, I told them I needed a new opener unit in my just purchased house and I was quoted a very good price. They came to my house Monday afternoon to install it.. Brian (technician) checked the unit, told me it was fairly new and determined that he could repair it. He also told me that they would not sell me a new unit if I didn't need one. A short time later everything was working properly. The level of honesty of this company is outstanding. They could have easily replaced my unit but chose to do the right thing. I will always call these folks in the future. I am glad I did my research and called On Track Doors. Thank you Brian!!

The garage door opener pulled free of the garage door this morning. I called On Track and they had someone out for repair the same day. Due to a scheduling issue, the tech arrived a little later than promised so I was given a discount on the work performed. The tech who came out (Jeff) was pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of tips for avoiding future issues. Total time onsite was less than an hour. Overall, an excellent experience. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Jeff the serviceman called before arriving and the office had called the day before to confirm the appointment. Jeff arrived on time assessed the situation and determined that the door could be fixed without replacing the bottom panel as I had thought. I elected to replace the roller, cable and bracket on the other side as well so I had confidence that the door would be functional for a long time. I was very happy they responded as quickly as they did given we had a hurricane the prior week! Jeff made sure the garage door opener was working properly and the door worked perfectly. I will use them to replace the entire door when the time comes.

Great, Jeff explained what he was going to do and gave me the cost when he arrived. Jeff also told me how I could lubricate the door hinges and spring to keep the door operating smoothly.
