Optimize Generator People

We had a 22kw liquid cooled QS Generac installed. Since installation, we have had 3 gas leaks and it wasn’t even working since install. We were told they wouldn’t come out until final walk through and not to worry since there is nothing in the Gulf. Ok, fine. Today was the final walk through and it was not a great experience. We were told that we still owed $600. We gave them a deposit of $600 in March that was to go towards the balance. We have an invoice, sales order and initial contract that all have the same amount owed total. No where does it say the $600 credit was applied, even under the payments/credits section. The only difference was the initial contract has the concrete pad and the recent invoice and sales order had a stand. Still the same amount due. We even called the company before to verify the amount and we’re told that it was $20,108.34= $600 off from deposit. So, that’s the amount we got in a check for them. When I called, I was sent to Craig. He was condescending, rude and outright degrading. When he realized we weren’t going to agree and we’re at an impasse, I apologized saying I was sorry we got here and his response was to tell me that “yes, you are sorry and you should write a check for $600.” He went on to tell me that he didn’t know what world I lived in but he lives in the “real world” and that you pay what you owe. We don’t owe anymore. If we did, the contract, invoice, sales order and phone call should have said so. He even went as far as to say that it’s obvious we don’t have money and so, could not pay the $600. No, I’m just not paying more for what I’ve already paid for. This is not great business and disgusting behavior from a manager. Do better and check your contracts.

Excellent service. Everything was explained on initial call. They were quick and efficient with installation. Excellent product. Would recommend to anyone.

On time on budget would recommend and hire again

Matthew, Craig and his work crew could not have been more professional and responsive. They did a great job on the installation of my stand-by generator and the price was very reasonable. I am strongly recommending Optimize to any of my friends or family that need any of the services they provide.

Optimize deserves an A+ rating. We selected Optimize after getting bids from three other companies. In contrast to the other companies, the Optimize representative explained in detail all of the many steps that would be needed for the project, and the bid was inclusive. Once the project began, Optimize took care of everything, and any concerns and questions we had were addressed promptly and professionally. The price was very competitive, and the service was exceptional.

The appointment was scheduled at our convenience which was on a Saturday.  Craig with Optimize was on time and brought materials to review with us about the Generac units, warranties and service plans.  He was able to answer all of our questions and was the second person we contact about whole-home generators.  Craig was so knowledgeable and so professional that both my husband and I decided to go with his company. <br /> While we had Craig there, I decided to ask him about solar panels.  My husband and I had just briefly discussed solar panels and was still unsure if we were going to purchase them.  Again, even though Craig was called for discussing a generator, he was able to respond to our questions and then offered to come and perform a "shade test on the house. <br /> We called Craig the next day and ordered the generator and set an install date and again, Optimize was excellent in setting the set up on a date convenient for us.  <br /> Within a day of the "shade" test being performed, Craig called and gave us the results and emailed us proposals of different panel units and followed the email up with setting another appointment to sit down with both of us and explain the details and bring brochures about the products. <br /> After explaining everything including the Federal incentive, we decided to install the solar panel system.  Again, Craig was able to pull off having everything installed for both the Generac and the solar panels on the same days. <br /> I am pleased to say that both the Generac and solar panels are installed and working perfectly!  It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company who took our needs into consideration and was not pushy.  I will and have recommended Optimize EGS to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers and I know they will not let me down for passing on a referral! <br />

Work went well and the system more than met the projection for power generation and cost saving, All in all a great job, and their followup and service over the years has been great.

Matthew Newman owns the business and we are just delighted with them. It was expensive. We dealt mostly with Matthew and his head installer. They were very prompt. Matthew came and explained the whole process. We talked to a lot of people and we chose him. He explained all our options and he worked very hard with us to get financing done and when they started the job they were here early every morning. They would usually work until two or three in the afternoon when it starts getting really hot. It took them a week and a half to get the system up. It's 64 panels, it's a huge system. As far as the end results, right now I have a $133 credit for electricity! If we have to expand the system I will definitely be calling them.
