I had my first appointment on 4/29 and had my next cleaning scheduled for May 18th left voice mail that I would not be to able to keep that appointment and would like to rescchedule have tried calling and emailing still can no get a hold of the owner.....I would like a refund of services that were not completed as contract stated 1 Window Cleaning and 2 Deep cleaning.

I am super disappointed and feel I've been scammed with empty promises! I had a free estimate for Christmas light installation on Nov. 17th. The price is fair and on Nov. 18th, I confirmed I wanted the service and scheduled installation. There have been 3 scheduled appointments, but all have been no shows without notification. I paid a deposit to guarantee a spot on the schedule. I have received no proactive calls or texts. I would steer clear of doing business with them. I would love to be proven wrong by having my Christmas lights installed or an offer to refund my deposit if they cannot keep their commitment to service/installation. I would consider providing an updated review if they follow through. Horrible experience so far and am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and no Christmas lights.
