I would highly recommend Optimum Carpet Care. We had two rooms and 4 leather furniture pieces cleaned. Mike was VERY thorough in working on our furniture while Joe & Steve did the carpets. They were on time, did great work, and the price was reasonable. They explained what they would do, had a set price, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Would certainly use them again.

What a great little local business. Mike, Steve and Joe showed up right on time and did a top notch job cleaning carpets in 4 rooms, plus a couple sofas. Mike was extremely personable and professional, and was happy to answer all the questions we had. Hard to say if they're the best price around, probably not, but carpet cleaning companies are notoriously sketchy with prices and upsells, etc. Optimum was not sketchy at all, though - prices are based on sq footage. Period. No upsells. I'll definitely be calling them next time, too.

What a great job! Come over and quoted the job on the spot. I was preparing the home to list for sale. The cost of cleaning all the carpet in the home was a little more than I wanted to spend. Helped me scope the job to fit my budget. We have two dogs and two boys so the carpet really needed cleaning. Looked brand new when they where done, even got the ink stain out!

I'd highly recommend them. They did the best job of any carpet cleaner we've used in the past. Owner/operator Michael Vincent and his crew were very professional too. I had them clean two fabric chairs which were absolutely filthy from our dog, Chocolate Lab, sitting on them for years - never thought they'd get completely clean, but they did and they look fantastic.

Scheduled the job easily after a short email exchange.  Mike and his team were great.  They arrived right on time (in fact I was a little late arriving) and got right to work after a quick look at the project.  The carpet is very light colored, and was looking very dirty especially where you come into the house from the garage.  They cleaned it beautifully, and for what I thought was a very reasonable price.  The job was in a townhouse that I'm currently renting out, but getting ready to sell.  So we needed to clean up the carpet before we got it on the market.  I'm confident anyone who looks at the place will notice the clean carpets!  Thank you! <br />

Amazing! The carpet looked nearly brand new. It is at least 9 years old and maybe a few years older than that. Stains and spots were gone. Getting ready to sell our house it was important that the carpeting looked good. They saved us thousands of dollars in replacement costs, and the job was done quickly too! We were out of town and someone was supposed to unlock the door for us, but it was locked when they arrived. They waited for 20 minutes while a friend came to let them in rather than rescheduling. (Guys, sorry again about the mixup with the door being locked!) They were professional about it and still gave us the full discount. Would absolutely recommend their service - it is the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen. <br />

I was getting ready to replace our 10-year old carpeting. After using several cleaning services, some stains were not coming out and dark traffic patterns were still showing after cleaning. I decided to give it one last shot and chose Optimum Carpet Care.  <br /> All I can say is WOW. First of all, I had great communication, service and they came exactly on time. Their price was LESS than other providers I have used in the past. My husband was home and told me about the recommendations they gave him for keeping our carpets in great shape.  <br /> I came home to carpets that looked BRAND NEW. The stains and traffic patterns that other services could not fix, Optimum did!  Everything was carefully moved and instructions on when to take out the furniture protectors given. The carpet was completely dry and perfect the next morning. I have allergies to dust mites and immediately noticed a huge relief.  I will absolutely use them again. <br />

Been in our house 23 years and this was by far the best carpet cleaning we've ever had. Our first experience with Optimum Carpet Care. We've used 3 or 4 other companies prior to this and they didn't compare to Optimum. Very professional.

This company was very punctual, friendly and great with their communication. <br /> A team of 2 gentleman arrived early (always a plus when ready for it), said their hellos and went straight to work after being given a tour of the rooms they would be working on. <br /> At the end of their cleaning, they did show me a sample of the gross that lived in my carpets, which I love to see (gone).  <br /> The only concern I had was that their machine is so powerful that it pulled the carpet back and up in our family room. It caused a small ripple which did go away on its own after a couple of days (phew). But I did find myself going around the edges of the room and noticing the carpet was not tucked in as it was before. It's not a major problem.  <br /> All in all, if I needed more carpet cleaning done in the future - I would reach out to this company.  <br /> Good quality, competitive price and very easy to work with. <br />

My experience has gone very well. The staff is professional and knowledgeable in their field. I have been pleased with their services and would recommend this company to others.

It was a great experience.  It was easy getting in touch and scheduling, the price was reasonable, and they did a fine job.  We really liked their process which involved superheating the water in order to allow for quicker drying.  In fact, we plan on using them in the future.
