I hired Optimum Services to install our holiday lights this past Dec. 3rd. The agreement was to install the lights for $150 and the agreed period of time was for two hours. The owner showed up with a trainee and they did not complete the install within the specified time. The work was terrible. The strings of lights began coming down the second day. He had left extension cords laying down everywhare and plugs just stuck onto the window hanging over the end of the windows. He was instructed to use double the amount of hooks and he was given different lengths of lights but he just jammed things up. When he returned the following week he was asked to fix what was wrong and he was given instructions. He didn't follow the instructions. I told him I could afford only one additional hour and I had to pay him for it. I paid a total of $300.00. The lights looked terrible and we were not able to light them for the holidays. I have gone round and round with the man to get my money back. I have managed to get $225.00 back but he insists I didn't pay him anymore even though I have the cancelled checks to show for it. It was obvious from the poor job that this man is not an experienced holiday light installer. He advertises he does this work in addition to his cleaning services. You will find him on Amazon's Home Services and elsewhere. My husband and I are disabled and live on a very fixed income. It is extremely disappointing to have been taken advantage of. He ruined what has always been a big part of our holidays. I could not recommend him to anyone for any kind of work. He says I gave him a tip!!!

I waited for this company to contact me, I had to call him a week later when he proceeded to tell me that he was no longer providing that type of service (?) but he would do the work anyway. We scheduled a day for him to come out, that day came and he was a no show. Horrible business practice.

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in over 2 years. These guys were great! They really got out all of the stains including pet stains. The carpets looked like new which made the entire house smell fresh. I would recommend them!

Charlie was punctual. Our appt was at 12pm. No hassle. No up selling. Very professional. There were some stains due to my 3 yr old. But he took care of them. At the completion of the job he ensured to clean any water spots. Great job overall.

Carpets looked great. One room had some sort of stain that would not come out, although they tried various solvents in an attempt to remove it. The carpets dried fairly quickly (3-4 hours), with no residue or funny smell. They arrived right on time, and removed equipment carefully.

This was an Angie's List deal. After purchasing, the owner, Charles, called me immediately and set up the appointment. He and his co-worker, Jesse, arrived on time. The did the job quickly and thoroughly. The carpet is clean, beautiful and smells nice. It dried very quickly. I really enjoyed talking with Charles and Jesse. They are very nice gentleman who really like their customers. I heartily recommend them!

Very Nice professional men. On time for the appointment, looked good, smelled good, and dressed professionally. I informed Charles prior to cleaning about all the puppy accidents on the carpet. He treated not only the area of the accident but the WHOLE carpet. They took their time, engaged in conversation, listened to my concerns, what a great group of men!
