I hired Optimum for a leak in my range hood which exhausts via my roof. Nate came by to take a look, explained my options and promptly fixed the leak. Their quality of work is excellent but I especially appreciate their communication and problem solving. I'll definitely be hiring them again!

They did a great job, they were very quick and it looks amazing. There was no pressure they gave us options but didn't force any kind of upsale. Very friendly and kept us updated as to what was happening whether there were delays or if they were able to come sooner. Our house looks like a totally different house, very pleased with the work. If I could give a partial star I would give them a 4.8 simply because they didn't do the greatest with clean up and I haven't got a chance to talk to them about that yet. But any other issues we had along the way the fixed or helped us understand so it wasn't a problem. I would for sure use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or stucco!
