Optimum Tree Removal and Trimming

.  They were very professional.  They did a nice job on the trees.  The shape and canopying was lovely.  The only problem was that they didn't have the right equipment to get to the top of  a lemon tree.  So the tree looked great except the top needed a haircut and I had to get another service to finish. <br />

I contacted several tree trimmers to complete a job. This profession is extremely busy in our area. Optimum is no exception. If you have an emergency they might be able to respond quickly, but for regular trimming or maintenance the scheduling could be  3 to 4 weeks. While they did respond to calls and emails, it does take a day or 2. The team is professional and courteous. If I did use them again it would be for removal only. If they park on a hard surface, put a tarp down. The vehicles leak fluids. <br />

Raymond and team were amazing. They arrived when he said they would, their quote was reasonable, and they did the work the same day. He also sent a photo of the tree when it was done. He was top-notch! <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>***This is an update from my previous review and I've upped the grade.  Raymond was away from work for a little while but I've received the receipt.  As I mentioned in my initial review, they did a great job on the trees.</p> <p>Raymond subbed out the service and the people who trimmed the trees did a great job.  Raymond told me he would email me the receipt and a month later he still hasn't sent it and does not return calls or texts.  I'm splitting the cost of the large tree with my neighbor and I'd like to be able to show him a receipt.</p>

The estimate process was smooth and timely. They showed up when they said with the manpower they needed and worked hard for hours until the job was completely finished. They were careful of nearby foliage and structures, and left things cleaner than when they found them. The trimmed trees were not just chopped on, but nicely sculpted. Things look great. <br />

Contacted Raymond for an estimate and he came to the house a few days later. He arrived on time. He estimated a very low price to trim two African sumac trees, one of which was extremely overgrown. After providing the estimate, Raymond said he could begin the work immediately and we accepted. Raymond and Charlie (2 man crew) did an exceptional job and finished right at 2 hours - just as they said they would. They worked non-stop in 100+ degree heat. Did an amazing job on the trims, and even better, did a thorough clean up afterward. They even cleaned debris that was present before they arrived and unrelated to their tree work. We are very, very satisfied. 2 guys, both very polite, very professional, very hard workers. Highest recommendation, A+. <br />

Raymond was awesome.  He was extremely responsive, returned my call within just an hour or so, visited my home to assess the job, gave me an estimate, and completed all of the work the very next day.  The work was very well done and the yard was totally cleaned up.  I highly recommend him! <br />
