I was nervous to check on water systems for our house and am happy I found Purfect Water Solutions. After checking through Angie's list I got an immediate response and scheduled a time to meet with Scott. He came in and tested the water, he educated us on where our water quality is now (not great) and even tested our bottled water we got from the store (which was also not great). Great financing program if you worried about $ and referral program. W/ what we pay for water this was a no brainer. John came by our house in days with the system and had it hooked up the same morning. He was very nice, punctual, respectful and knowledgeable with what he is doing. I don't usually write reviews... but we want safe water for our kids and family and Scott & John did such a great job I want to write a good review and share our experience. Water is so important everyday. Do yourself a favor and at least get your water tested so you know what your family is drinking/washing with.

Very professional service and reasonably priced water system installed in my house. Installed a whole home filtration system to privide continous purified water through the home. Highly recommend!

It was great we had an emergency situation everyone I spoke with in the office was supportive and informative we called at 9 AM in the morning and a technician was out at 2 PM the same day the installation went smoothly we could not have been happier cannot recommend this company enough fantastic !

Everything was great from pre-sales to sales to install to support. Very professional and patient. They answered all of my questions, which weren’t many because they were so thorough in their explanations. I looked at three other manufacturers and Orbit’s product is better in terms of footprint and far less maintenance, yet it is competitively priced. The salesman, Scott, was really on top of things. Multiple community members bought systems. One has a small hiccup, which was addressed immediately. Scott stepped up to the plate and made sure everything was right. That isn’t to say the others weren’t equally professional. Truly an A+ business, and I don’t hand out grades like that often. I recommend their product to everyone. I’m probably their best salesman and I’m a customer!

We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great.

Our water is much softer which is evident when we shower.

We have been using the Orbit Water Solutions filtration and reverse osmosis system for a month with absolutely no problems. From the time of the install -- the crew was prompt, efficient (install took only a couple of hours) and courteous -- our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Our water previously was full of all manner of minerals and chlorine, but now it's soft and more pleasant to drink and bathe in. My wife is already talking about how nice her hair feels after washing. I notice that my skin and scalp are less itchy after showering. We plan to retire and relocate soon, so another great feature of Orbit's system is that we can take it with us. Orbit says they'll uninstall here and arrange to have it installed in our new home, even if it's in a market the company normally doesn't serve.

If you have a water softener or filtration project, I highly recommend Orbit Energy & Power. I had a very favorable experience with the company . Scott Cullin, the sales tech was very accommodating with scheduling our initial appointment. He was on time, asked about our project scope, performed his water tests and made a recommendation based on the findings. He was not high pressure at all. I advised that I was getting competitive proposals and it would be a few days before I made a decision. Orbit's equipment is the most efficient, seems to be the best quality, and quite frankly had the best warranties. The installation went well. The installer removed old equipment and installed the new softener and filtration kit. He was in and out within the 3 hour time window specified. He answered all the questions I had for him during the installation. Once everything was done and cleaned up, he went through the operation with me, explaining how everything worked and what things to keep an eye on. Very good experience. I will definitely use them again

Orbit was a pleasure to deal with. They gave us an exact time they would be here for both appointments instead of giving us a window of time, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, they were on time or early each time. Justin did a wonderful job explaining the benefits, and the install team were in and out in no time. We got a softener, filtration system, and alkaline drinking water system. We couldn't be happier, and wish we would have done this sooner. A+ business!

We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit.

Orbit installed a Puronics water filtration system in my home over a month ago and all I can say is WOW! It is by far the best investment I have made for my family. I knew our county water was harsh and heavily chlorinated (I could smell and taste it), but I had no idea what a tremendous difference a Puronics system would make on everything in my home from bathing my kids, washing dishes, doing laundry and preventing water rings in my clean toilets. The alkaline drinking water is the cherry on top! This system has by far exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is this system the best in the industry, Orbit’s team, lead by Shelby, was exceptional, kind, and amazing to work with. I received wonderful customer service every step of the way. All of my questions were answered with factual information and data. Our installer, Travis, was very knowledgeable and further solidified working with Orbit was a great decision for my family. A high quality install was a must for me, especially with plumbing involved. The lifetime warranty Orbit provides stands alone in comparison to their competitors. While a Puronics system is more costly than the DIY system available from a local hardware store, it is worth every penny and will stay with my family for life. The quality is in a league of its own! I highly recommend!!!

My experience with this company and the water solutions that they provided was phenomenal. Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). Ultimately, I highly recommend this company if you want to have a test done of your water quality are considering a water filtration system.

After a plumber told me that the cause of leaking pipe was pinholes caused by very acidic water I called several companies. I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled.

For the longest time, my husband and I suspected we didn’t have the cleanest of drinking water. We would notice algae growing on the faucet on occasion, there would be days we would notice a change in taste from the day prior, and once you start to question the water you are consuming on a daily basis, that’s when you know it might be time to make some changes. We noticed a difference in taste almost immedely; the water was more refreshing and we found ourselves reaching for refills more often. The water was also crystal clear, another striking difference in the water we had been consuming. The water also made a noticeable impact on the taste for both hot and cold brewed coffees, making both more potent in flavor. Showers are a different experience as well - the shampoo has rinsed completely from my hair and my skin feels cleaner. I have also noticed a difference in my skin complexion; turns out if you don’t have the best of water, it holds oils and grease on your face. The water filtration system was one of the best investments we’ve made in the home to date. The system brings an added sense of security when consuming water, especially after the tests were performed on the city’s drinking water; the chlorine levels were off the charts - quite literally. And in looking at those numbers, in both shock and a little disgust, my husband wondered allowed, “I wonder what the long term effects of that is on your body.” There was no answer and that was answer enough for me to be invested in this product. It has been almost a month with the system and we could not be happier. The installation was seamless, the crew was fantastic to work with and we’ve had no issues with the system. If you have been questioning your drinking water, give them a call to come out and do a test - you will wonder why you didn’t call sooner.

This process went extremely well from start to finish. When I called I talked to a Tim who set everything up. He was even to accommodate me on a Sunday no less to change the dater for someone to come to test & inspect everything from Tuesday to Monday. Tim was very friendly & answered all questions I asked. Monday came & a very friendly young man came at noon. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic & went step by step explaining the testing as well as what he suggested I needed. I agreed on the systems installed & he set everything up the following day. Thank you Roseann
