Excellent experience and I plan to have him back for more work in the future. We also recommended his service to friends and he promptly contacted them and gave them a price for the work they required. <br /> He gave us a quote for our job and when we agreed he did the work for exactly that amount. <br /> I especially appreciate that he uses a light hand and does no more work than is necessary to preserve the health of the tree and to maintain public safety. <br /> He also called me in advance of his arrival on the day scheduled and got here when promised. <br /> Cleanup was superb. He swept up all sawdust and left our yard and sidewalks cleaner that they had been when he arrived. <br />

The cleanup was absolutely fantastic. They even cut it into logs for me because I have a wood stove. They cleaned up the driveway and blew it off. When I walked outside I didn't even know they had been here. I've used them twice and the last time it was a big job. It was a pine tree that was almost 80 feet tall. We have recommended him to neighbors that have been astounded at his quality work. I have no hesitation in recommending him because he was just fabulous.

They do a great job. They clean up after themselves. They are professional and trustworthy. They do not always come when they are suppose to.

Company had to delay dates of arriving three times. Once here, the job went smoothly and efficiently.

The two to three person crew did a lot of cutting of shrubs, arborvitae and two large bay leaf trees. They did a fairly good job with one exception: One of the trees was over-pruned and it looks like it was hit by a hurricane. I arrived on the scene when the crew had finished with the first tree (my jaw dropped...) and spoke with one of the crew, who told me that he was following his boss's orders, and was aware of the sorry appearance of the tree. He then told me that he'd prune the second tree to make it look very good. And that's exactly what he did. <br /> <br /> Their overall work was good, but here's my suggestion to make certain that the job is excellent. BE THERE to observe if you hire this company to do some serious tree pruning. Make sure that you're getting the kind of job done that you want.

I had a huge Rhody shrub that is about 45 years old. It was in desperate need of trimming. Mr Rhiner and an associate arrived on time, went immediately to work, worked continously until the job was finished and when finished, totally cleaned up all gthe trimmings.

Don was punctual, efficient and did a great job. He is not just a faller of timber, but seems knowledgable about fruit trees. I thought this was going to be a long drawn out ugly process, but it was quick, painless, and thoroughly worth the money. Quote was $375 to take down the trees, another $75 for grinding down the stumps to about 14 inches below ground level. I intend to have him back to trim our aged and overgrown apple tree in the fall. Got bid on a Thursday and they came the following Monday to do the work (four workers including the owner, Don Rhiner). They cleaned up as they went along. Ate lunch while they worked. Finished up by noon the following day with the cutting, chipping and cleaning. Since we didn't have the arborvitae yet they came the next Monday and planted.
