Sorry ... so long ago I don't remember. <br />

They did a really good job. It was sparkling clean. I have two dogs and they used pet-friendly products. They honoured the $99 big deal. I like the fact that they used organic products. I chose them because of the big deal.

Daughter had a difficult time getting in touch with the company.  Left several messages.  Finally, a couple of months later, they returned her call and set up a time.  They completed the job. <br />

They were mediocre we were not impressed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They were clean and professional. Nothing smelled after the cleaning. I probably would use them again but we're going to go with a private cleaner.

Carolyn cleans our house on a bi-weekly basis and we are completely satisfied with the service that we have received. <br /> She excels at thorough cleaning, notably leaving the kitchen and bathroom sparkling every time. She also requests feedback and is open to shifting focus and doing other jobs, such as helping with dishes and laundry, which is incredibly valuable. <br />

It was great.  They did a wonderful cleaning job.  They were very thorough-they did all the baseboards.  I liked that used all organic products. 

I do not remember any complaints with the service. It was a positive experience.

They did a good job on the initial visit and then when trying to schedule again they were not responsive and I chose not to use them again. The lady that cleaned did a great job but the difficulty in scheduling with the owner did not impress me.

I asked for simple dusting, vacuuming and cleaning 3 bathrms.  We have no children and no pets, not much cleaning.  She did not touch the bathtub or shower, floor in shower room not cleaned

They were punctual. They did a pretty good job.

The service was completed as purchased,but the experience was unpleasant.

They went well. I will give them an A for overall for each of the 5 categories. They came out last June 2011. Some tired of me to remember for this was more my wife dealing with a person. I dealt with the other one personally. My wife dealt with the other one when they were here. I would just say that their cleaning service was professionally well done. They did the work that we have them do for the period of 4 hours. And they did not pressure us in any way for additional services.

I've used this service on a regular basis in the past and then when I moved I let things fall behind.  When I saw the Angieslist Big Deal I purchased it gladly.  I've used a few other services and I have to say that Organic Cleaners is one that I happy to go back to.  The owner, Caroline, has always been professional and responsive, and the women she hires have always done a better than decent job, always wanting to please.  Happy to give them a good review. <br />

The service went well.

I loved the woman from Organic Cleaners LLC who came out and cleaned for my mother in law, but I did not like the owner of the company. The owner absolutely refuses to communicate, other than by email and she does so very, very poorly. She's got great people who work for her, but her communication skills are absolutely horrifying for somebody who's running a business. We ended up hiring her employee away from her, but we did it with the owner's blessing. We hired the young lady who cleaned as a companion for my mother in law, who has dementia. That's how good this woman is, not just as a cleaner, but as just a person and a human being. They got along so wonderfully, that I got in touch with the owner and got in touch with her and offered a long term position. The service that Organic Cleaners provide and the people that she hires do a fantastic job, but I'm not crazy about dealing with the owner. It was terrible. There was never any phone call. There was just email and it would be days before she responded.

There was one thing they missed but one person cleaning my whole house in two hours isn't reasonable. The whole thing was kind of scrambled. The lady was slow to answer emails. There was always a lag time. She finally did give me the four hours worth.

She is very thorough. Everything was as clean as we have ever got. We were quite pleased. She was good at everything.

I couldn't get a response to schedule my service for 2 months.  Once finally scheduled, the cleaner was late since the owner provided her with the wrong address.  The cleaner did a good job in several areas, but rather than thoroughly cleaning my floors which I emphasized were my main concern she cleaned the bedrooms that I explicitly asked her to ignore.  She didn't stay for the full four hours, instead finishing after three saying there was nothing left to clean.  After she left I ran a swiffer over my floors which were still quite dirty having only received a once over, and my bookcases had not been swept or mopped underneath.  The bathroom floor was also not cleaned to my satisfaction - there was still dog hair in the corners and dirt along the baseboards.  The kitchen looked very good and her dusting job was complete. <br />

They were pleasant, puctual, and managed to make the house look and feel clean for the open that was held the following weekend. They used gentle cleaning agents, which left the house with a pleasant smell. <br />
