Our technician, Adim, was very polite and conscientious while in our space and also working on cleaning our air ducts. Very positive energy and pleasant to have in our home. Very clear and precise. He explained his process each time we asked and was open to many of our questions (especially since this was our first home cleaning since purchasing it a few months ago). When he learned that my partner was going to have a procedure the following day and that he was feeling unwell, Adim offered to pray for him that it went well. What fantastic service! The procedure was explained in detail, both at the beginning and at all points during the process. They were professional, extremely courteous and quick. The price was very reasonable. No bait and switch, no upselling ad-on services, and no pressure. I wish there were more service industry folks like Organic Home Service, but unfortunately that it a rarity these days. Hire these guys. You won't be sorry!!

They went above and beyond in providing annual service for our home. There were several costly issues with our HVAC system but Eli did everything to relieve the surprising service fees and was extremely friendly and professional.
