He was great to work with -- he came when he said he would, he answered questions promptly and courteously, and his team was superb -- very professional! They were willing to be flexible when we asked about installing a patio which was not in the original plan. Before we hired him, the owner, Rick Tillotson, came to our house to discuss what we wanted done in our yard.  We knew we wanted to replace the front walkway and to redesign the landscape in the front yard, but did not know how to proceed.  Rick had a vision for our front yard which we could never have imagined on our own. He was enthusiastic, had lots of good ideas, and ultimately cost about half of what another landscape designer quoted us. The work was done, as promised and on time -- even though we added on to the project as I mentioned. <br />  I would recommend Rick and Organics Lawn and Landscape without hesitation and in fact I already have.  Rick's work speaks for itself.  My yard was so wonderfully transformed that I literally had people stop to ask me who did the work.  One of my neighbors was so impressed with how great my yard looked after Rick's work was done that she hired him to do a complicated landscape design and installation. She is as thrilled with the results as I am with mine! <br /> <br /> <br />

Prior to starting the job, Dig Safe was notified and scheduled a survey of vital areas on the property. <br /> Day 1 started with the removal of the plastic edging and flag placement for all sprinkler zones. <br /> The next day the garbage was removed from site and there was a wait until Dig Safe survey was completed. <br /> In the weeks to follow, Excavation was conducted in a logical way as to minimize large machinery travel over the lawn. <br /> My immaculate lawn was pretty much destroyed and Rick assured my that it will return to normal. <br /> I want to note that at the end of there work day the work areas were cleaned up and areas that were potentially hazardous were roped off with yellow tape. <br /> The patio was the first to be completed, followed by parts of the house perimeter sailor border then the pool perimeter border. <br /> The front steps were brought in next and they encountered issues with the Granite pieces. Gagne and Sons were quick in the response of getting replacement pieces the next day. <br /> Finally, the asphalt driveway was removed and the excavation had begun. <br /> With the Driveway installation completed, They tied in all the sailor border areas that were not yet completed and focused on lawn repair. <br /> The Lawn repair was also coordinated with irrigation relocation and repair. This was a little frustrating due to the scheduling difficulties.
