About us
At Organized by Design, AZ, we design custom closets for clients in the greater Phoenix area. If you need a unit built within a certain time frame, you may want to work with us since our custom closet builders have flexible schedules. We use special building supplies during every project because we’re an environmentally friendly company. Because we’re custom builders, we can design units that have components for crafting materials, gift wrapping accessories, and sewing supplies. If your current closet is narrow, we’ll make a workstation that has a desk that pulls out. Our designers will also include additional drawers in convenient spots to accommodate crafting accessories and supplies.

Garage Organizers Installation
Took forever (2 months) to finish my garage cabinet install . Cut me short on my garage wall system and work bench accessories and didn?t want to make right. Did unprofessional finish work underneath cabinets which are suspended with legs - Tore my baseboard off and didn?t cut and replace as now have an unsightly gap between wall and garage stem. Very uneven. Closet install didn?t use painted corner boards for top shelves. Corner cutters to save money in my opinion. Wouldn?t recommend.

Your contract for this project was with Matt from Creative Closets, who handled product selection, ordering, delivery, accessories, and scheduling. Organized By Design, AZ was hired solely as a third-party installer. We were not responsible for material availability, accessory fulfillment, or project timelines. At no time did you contact us to report any installation defects or request warranty service. This review is the first time we are seeing these claims, and we were never given the opportunity to inspect or address any concerns. Previously, your public feedback focused on material and accessory issues handled by Creative Closets. After those posts were removed for being outside our responsibility, the concerns have now shifted to alleged installation issues that were never reported to us. All work was completed according to the agreed scope using the materials provided. We stand behind our workmanship and remain committed to professional, high-quality service. I cannot say enough great things about this company, Organized by Design. My husband set up an appointment with Chad Turnwald, who came out on time on the scheduled date. He is very professional, courteous, patient, and friendly. After getting the measurements of the closet and an idea of what I wanted, he put in all on his laptop computer. As we talked and looked at the design, I got some ideas & suggestions from him and within a few minutes, he made the desired changes on his computer! I really enjoyed working with him. We set a tentative date for install in January, and I thought of some other questions. So I called and we talked about a couple other changes. He then emailed me the new plan. Two days before installation day, Chad called to firm up the arrival time that was convenient for us. He also had Kathryn bring out two rolling wardrobe racks to use for unloading our clothes. This was extremely helpful and we got to keep it a few days after the installation. On the scheduled day, Chad came with Mike, his installer, to get started with the demolition of the closet. The majority of the closet was completed that day, and the remainder only took 2 hours the next morning. Mike did an excellent job on the install. Chad even put up my husband's homemade hat rack high up on the wall to help us out. Thank you Chad, Mike & Kathryn for all of your fantastic work on this project. WE LOVE IT!

The team at Organized by Design did an outstanding job on three house projects we recently hired them to do for us: 1) Custom shelves made for our closets, including two custom chest of drawers! 2) Custom office created in our home! 3) Custom laundry room! We are very happy with all of the above projects and will be asking Organized by Design to quote us on our future projects. The transformation of our closet is totally unrecognizable. Chad took my vision and made it into a reality. We are so pleased with the outcome. Chad was wonderful. He was timely in answering our inquiry. He did a great job in designing both closets and the garage storage units. Chad and Mike did the installation and their work was excellent. They were punctual and professional. In addition , they did a fabulous job cleaning up! I highly recommend their work.

The experience was just fantastic! From the very beginning Chad worked very hard with me to figure exactly what I was looking for. His estimated time to finish the original Job would have been right on schedule if the parts from the vendor had arrived in a timely manor. sense then I ordered two more jobs from him. he is finishing the last one now. <br /> He was on the job consistently according to our plan. The designers laid out our closets and even installed a washer and dryer in one of our master closest. They were so friendly and helpful, it was really a great experience. We never felt rushed, and they took time to show us diagrams, and samples, and we were difficult bc we made then redraw the plans 3 times. They never blinked and acted like true professionals thorughout. <br />During Construction they were clean, efficient, really did everything to avoid making our house feel like a work zone. Can't recommend them enough!)
