Original D&L Tree Service

I requested a quote from Ray at Original D & L Tree Service to do a major cleanup around my house. I told him the work I would like done. He provided me with an itemized proposal and was very eager to earn my business. He provided a very fair price and showed up on time to begin the job with his employee. Both Ray and his employee were very hard-working and professional during the entire process. I couldn't believe they completed the whole job in one day. I can't say enough good things about Ray, his company, and his work ethic. I would wholeheartedly recommend his landscaping services to anyone. I look forward to hiring him again for some other work I would like done around my house.

I was amazed at the skill level, team work and professionalism Angelo's crew displayed. They removed the fallen tree within two hours of starting. This job was not an easy task because of the pool room roof is made out of glass. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards and I'm so pleased by choosing them. Angelo is an honest person and did not mislead me or over price the job like everyone else did. Thanks Angelo!

It went fine.

Excellent work. There was tricky removal as the dead tree was twined with a tree I wanted saved. Angelo and his team were prompt, efficient, friendly and cleaned up perfectly. Also they hauled material by hand so as not to damage the lawn. In addition they did some extra brush removal for free even though it wasn't in the original estimate.

<p><br /></p> <p>Angelo's, was our 3rd estimate. They told us exactly what needed to be done, appx. how long it would take and the time they could arrive. They gave us the best estimate, and were able to do the job immediately. They arrived promptly as promised. The cleanup was great, we didn't have any cleanup to do ourselves, all the trash on the roof was removed as well. I was very satisfied  with the job they did.</p> <br />

They were prompt. Prompt in replying to my call and prompt in showing up. They did the job to my expectations, cleaned up well. I had no complaints.

Angelo left a quote the day after I called and his price was right in line with two others (including one with a 30%+10% "discount" for Angies List members)  My first choice was 2-3 weeks out to do the work, so I called Angelo's.  The next day I got home from my office and the work was complete.  The crew did such a good job cleaning up you couldn't tell they were there, except for the two stumps.   Angelo couldn't grind the stumps due to the very wet and soft ground, but I knew this going in.  There were also landscape lights, flowers, and a bird feeder around these trees and nothing was out of place.  I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Angelo's. <br />

<p>Angelo's Tree Service was fantastic. Angelo was punctual with his estimate and it was the best of 3. Really fast, professional, friendly staff. They really know trees, have been in it for way over 20 years, and use all the right tools. They love their work, which is reflected in the quality, are positive and super nice. Possibly the best customer service skills I have ever seen. Had a run-in with a very problematic neighbor, with whom I had already cleared access. They were completely non-confrontational with him and went the extra 5 miles to try to please him. A really great experience from beginning to end. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

Cons: they rescheduled with us 3-4 times because they had more important customers apparently. Spike climbed my healthy oak without asking or warning: this is very bad for the tree and could eventually kill it. At a minimum it needs to be treated as a result. Borderline unsafe workers. I watched one guy nearly pulled off the roof grabbing large roped sections of log being swung down. Pros: cheapest quoted price to take down my large tree. You get what you pay for. Cleaned up and hauled away everything well.

I left message for Angelo on Tuesday and he called me that day. We set up an appointment for Thursday (according to my schedule). On Thursday he looked at the work I needed done and gave me the cost. He and his crew came a week later and did the work. <br />

They arrived promptly as promised, worked very hard and very professionally, and cleaned up perfectly. We were very pleased. <br />

Angelo came to my home when I was available and gave me a quote for the work. Very friendly and professional. He said it would be about a week before they would be in the area and that was fine with me as I was in no hurry. He returned in a few days and completed the job. The crew cleaned up very well after themselves. <br />

After our Japanese Maple died and left behind an ugly tree right by our front door we cut it down but could not get the stump out of the ground. Angelo came out and gave us an estimate. He was honest that because of the rain, his schedule was behind and thus couldn't come out for a few days to grind out the stump. We had family coming and needed to plant a new bush in its place so we thought that wouldn't work. However Angelo said we didn't need to be home when he came back and that he would plant the new bush for us so we didn't need to worry about it. All we had to do was leave a hose out there for him so he could water the new plant. So we hired him and just like he said, he came out on the scheduled day, took out the stump, planted our new bush, and even put our hose away after the job was done. He was honest and great to deal with and saved us a lot of hassle for a fair price. <br />

They came on time and they were there. Just showing up for tree people is good. He knew his trees. I would definitely use them again. They were friendly. It was an excellent service. I'm glad I found them.

Angelo's Tree Service is OUTSTANDING, and the only tree service I would ever use from now on! He did much more than what was listed on the estimate, and didn't charge anything extra for all th extra work they did. I have never had any company or service do that before! This shows his commitment to excellence, and outstanding customer service. Not only do I highly recommend him here, but I will recommend him to everyone I know on Facebook and in any discussions I have with my friends and family. <br /> The entire process was easy and stress-free. Angelo came to give me an estimate a few days after I called him, and the work was done less than a week later. After reading the reviews here, and after meeting him in person, I knew there was no need for any other estimates. <br /> Angelo and two others on his team were able to come a day earlier than I expected, which was wonderful. Angelo and his team went above and beyond to make my yard look great and cut all the large limbs near the house and the fence - much more than just the four we discussed. He even got rid of some dead limbs in the back of the tree. They got everything done in under two hours, including raking up both yards and putting the limbs and branches through his chipper. My yard has never looked so great, and I feel so much safer now with the trees trimmed. Angelo came out and provided a quote. He came out the evening of the day I called. I told him to proceed with the job, and he completed the job the following day. Angelo and his crew are professional and hard working, They also did an excellent cleanup when they finished. <br />

We just moved to our house few months ago. We have numerous trees on our property, several which need to be trimmed and/or removed, including a large black locust tree with a big vine that has grown up by the garage wall. We called several tree services, including Angelo’s Tree Service. He came out to the house two days after we called him to give us a quote. He walked around the yard and gave us recommendations on which trees did or did not need to be trimmed and/or cut down. He was by far the most cost effective of the group. While he did cancel the first appointment due to the bad weather, he immediately rescheduled the work for the next week. Angelo and his crew of 4 were punctual and very professional. It only took them 4 hours to complete the job. They cut the black locust up for firewood, mulched the smaller pieces that were not usable, and cleaned up before they left. We will definitely use them again. <br />

This is the 2nd time we've used Angelo's Tree Service. Like the first time (6 years ago), they were punctual and professional. A storm damaged a large tree taking out power to the house, leaving the tree lying on the garage and throughout the yard. We called Angelo's, and they came out immediately to assess the damage and give us a price. They were climbing the tree the next at 8:30 a.m. the next day and continuously worked until all of the damaged tree was down and removed. They will return to remove the rest of the tree after they finish helping others that were hit by the storm. We will definitely refer them to anyone looking for tree service. <br />

We would highly recommend Angelo's Tree and Seasonal Service. He removed 2 average sized fir tree in our backyard. The cost for the job was fair, and he completed every aspect of the work, in a professional manner. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him to others and/or hire him again. <br />
