The work is excellent, the kitchen and windows look beautiful, the price quote was fair, and the invoicing detailed and clear. Mr. Orsi and his assistants are easy and pleasant to have in your home, and were flexible while we struggled to coordinate our countertop and cabinet supply folks, electrician and plumber. This company can do all the GC work, but we chose to do most of it to keep the cost down and Mr. Orsi was willing to work with us on these terms. I'm really happy with the final product and would definitely hire Mr. Orsi again.

Jay Orsi was terrific. He was timely and cost-effective. Jay did a superb job and was very easy to work with. He followed through as he agreed to. I will use him again in the future.

Excellent! Jay installed an Anderson slider into the sun room from the kitchen. He matched the wood on the door to the cherry kitchen cabinets. Did a fantastic job. He also replaced the back door to the deck. Again a fantastic job!

Mr. Orsi spent time designing the layout of the tiles and was meticulous about measurements. The design of the tiles was gorgeous. The installment went smoothly. We were not inconvenienced by the replacement of the countertops. Mr. Orsi took careful measurements, and left the existing surfaces in place until he finished building the new countertops. He had an assistant to help him lift the heavy boards and sink. After he replaced our countertops we received compliments on our cabinets and hardware. It was funny because there had been no change to them, it was just they were so beautifully offset by the new countertops. His work increased the appeal of our kitchen and bathroom, which enabled us to sell our condominium within 5 days of being on the market. He does wonderful work.

Mr. Orsi provided cost-saving repairs. He identified the root cause of the clap-board rot and prevented the occurrence of new water damage. He clearly explained our options and kept us updated on every development. We know his recommendations ensured the longevity of our wooden deck while minimizing unnecessary costs. His work is impeccable.
