RUN DON?T WALK, HIRED TO RUN ELECTRIC FROM OUR HOME TO OUR DETACHED GARAGE. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE JOB, CLAIMED HE WAS LICENSED, TALKED ABOUT HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE HE HAD ETC. RAN EXPOSED UNINSULATED ELECTRIC UNDER GROUD, NEVER ANSWERED CALLS AFTER LAST PAYMENT WAS GIVEN, NEVER COMPLETED WORK, DID SEVERE AND UNREPAIRABLE DAMAGE TO OUR NEW GARAGE. NOTHING WAS UP TO CODE, AND EVERYTHING HE DID HAD TI BE COMPLETELY RIPPED OUT AND REDONE BECAUSE OUR HOUSE AND GARAGE ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE!!!!

Terrible job please do not hire him he will run with your money use cheap methods and materials and swear he use the best stuff plus the work is sloppy and unfinished. I have been robbed, dont let his slick fast talking trick you he is a bully and will harrass you for money for incomplete work. His prices are made up on what he feels he needs for that month. I was over charged looking for a deal it cost me more in the end.

I hired Osaam to run electrical from my house to my shed. He seemed like he knew what he was doing but should have realized from his interaction with employees at the store. He kept asking them to confirm he had the correct material for underground wiring. He did not bury the electrical wires in the back yard, left wires loose in the panel, wired it for only 120 so he could scam me into paying him 2k for installing simple light fixtures, and did not fully cover all electrical with pvc to ensure i dont issues with shorts in the future. DO NOT HIRE.

When you see this man coming with his youthful, confident appearance, RUN the other way. He proved himself to be capable in various areas of his craft, i.e. installing new light fixtures and new wiring, However, he is NOT reliable. I foolishly paid him up front for the last part of the job. He did NOT return to complete the work. In fact, he left a ceiling fan hanging loosely from the ceiling. When I called initially to arrange for the completion of the work, he made appointments he did not keep and eventually did not return my many calls and text messages. Osaam is irresponsible. He charges a lot of money with very poor results. You are guaranteed to regret a hiring decision. This is a very STRONG WARNING. HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED once he has relieved you of your money. Big lesson for me. I should have known better! You can benefit from my experience and that of many others that I see here. Too late for me, but not for you. Don' do it!!!!!!!!

He installed led lights in living room and kitchen and I recently had some flickering and called another company. They told me that the electrical wiring was grounded incorrectly which could later start a fire. I paid him over 2k for this bad job he done. If you see this Osaam you need to return some of my money back! This man is a scam.

Osaam is professional and prompt which is what made us trust his services. We had a urgent need and he had mixed ratings. I spoke with him about the unsatisfied customers. He replaced the electrical panel and to include installing grounding. He installed the incorrect panel and did not install any new grounding. He is a crook. I had 3 electrical companies come to reinstall the meter Osaam moved and did not put back. Only to find the work he did was all wrong. Now we must pay again.

Contractor was hired to install main service power supplies and upgrade electric, everything has been done incorrectly per city inspector, it is now costing me double to repair everything.

Be careful in selecting this person because he will steal your money and never get the job done.

The contractor did a great job. He was honest about the cause of my problem and showed me the how to resolve should it happen again. Costly lesson for a tripped breaker.

I have been scammed. We had a **hot, fishy smell** coming out the electrical box. He insisted it was an emergency and that the electrical box needed to be replaced. He showed up the next day with a new box. I did not see any evidence of the new circuit breakers he had agreed to. As soon as he left, the circuit breaker for the furnace side of the heat pump began to stop. This resulted in NO HEAT in the house, on a 14degree night. He willl not answer the phone. He did not return to finish the job. I contacted our HVAC people, and they came in and found the 60amp wiring had been replaced with a 30amp breaker. Additionally, we found a BUNCH of circuits tied together under a single breaker. Wiring with all colors used to patch the box together. This wiring has resulted in a dangerous situation.

Very prompt in responding to my request and came out and took care of it that evening.

I hired Osaam to change a panel and add a sump pump breaker. He didnt complete work (label the panel) and would not come back after repeated requests. Also, heating system breaker along with many others began tripping the very next day.. Hired a new master electrician and discovered that Osaam is not qualified to do that type of work. My panel was previously inspected with an Inspection sticker that it was up to code. He double wired lugs, stripped and damaged conductors (which could start a Fire in my home), no GFCi receptacle at sump pump as well as other major electrical violations. This was confirmed by First State Inspection Agency (Osaam failed to get his work inspected, installed the panel hot (did not call the city for an interruption of service) and He misrepresented to me that he was a master electrician. He agreed to reimburse me monies to repair panel but failed to pay me back after repeated requests.

Came the same day contacted. Replaced old outside receptacle with sturdy covered new one. Price was very reasonable for the peace of mind.

This guy dragged out the project, was unprofessional and refused to complete the work in a timely manner. He also never showed up on time and didnâ t see what the problem was. Do not hire this guy unless you want to be disrespected, strung along and ripped off.

Came out to look at a short and tripped breaker. Tried to tell me it was a broken wire. Since a broken wire would not trip a circuit breaker - he is either not qualified or not telling the truth. Finally, hired someone else to find an outlet was shorted. Had I stayed with this company - They would have tried to rip me off to find a broken wire that didn't exist. Us this company at your own peril.

Mr. Osaam told us that he would not leave until the problem was fixed. Mr. Osaam kept his word! We had power out in the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom. The problem was a result of a storm which knocked out power in the entire house. Once the power came back on , one side of the house still did not have power. Mr. Osaam came, immediately found the problem and re-wired the two rooms. We are so pleased with his work and we have power in the rooms again.

Friendly, patient. Hanging my chandelier was difficult and he was tenacious.
