Scott, and Paul did all the manual labor while freddy handled all appointments and follow up work they were very professional and I would hire them again I did recommend them to other friends. Thanks for installing our privacy fence.

We hired Osborne's for window washing. The upstairs was OK but the downstairs was not done well. For over a week there have been e-mails and phone calls to come and complete the job, most windows on the first floor are streaked, corners not cleaned etc. I have been given 3 different times from Freddie to come and fix the problem, waited, including this morning and he is always a no show with an excuse. I have wasted hours waiting and tried calling this morning to tell Freddie, I will wait no longer and will give a review that reflects his unprofessional attitude. There was no answer and I doubt this time that he will return my call, even with an excuse. Ruth Ann in State College, PA .

Freddy & Scott were incredible!!! Immediately after I contacted their business, I received a callback. The responsiveness to take a look at my job and provide a quote was impressive. Truthfully, we made all arrangements via photos & conversation over the phone, no wasted time or efforts. Any communications regarding the planning, arrival and completion of the work was coordinated and documented with photographs. Freddy always communicated any specific questions or concerns he may have before "just taking the chance". I appreciated this even though I was working and traveling and sometimes difficult to reach. I definitely would empower him in the future to make "the call". The 3 trees I had removed had a large amount of brush, leaves and debris. My lawn was spotless & manicured when the job was completed, tree stumps cut to ground level. Documented with photos. Perfect!! I can only imagine the quality of any of the other services they offer. I definitely plan to have them back. And finally, Payment methods were easy - via online, cash, check or credit card!!! And remember, Pay as soon as possible, these guys have a Business to run and employees to maintain.... Just AMAZING, my job was organized, completed and paid for - start to finish - over the phone and never meeting in person! That's "Time Management"!! Cleaning crew of 3 was suppose to Spring clean our home. Only 2 showed up and they were half hour late. Not as meticulous and thorough as we preferred. Several shortcomings were not discovered until after they left. Certainly did not meet expectations!

So responsive, personable and did great work within 6 hours of an estimate just overnight from my first call!
