We were satisfied until the floor began buckling after the work was completed. During a FaceTime call with Oscar, he said he could fix the buckling and that it would take about an hour to complete. He promised to come by. We reached out through numerous calls and text messages, but he continued to make excuses for not coming to scheduled appointments. The buckling continues to get worse. Had the floor been properly installed, the buckling would not have occurred and our rating would have been higher.

Oscar's crew were prompt and hard-working and completed the flooring job in the short time schedule that was needed. Everyone was courteous and kept us informed about progress and challenges. We worked together to coordinate other operations that were in progress.
