"This is a false representation of the events that took place when I was hired to do cleaning for this customer. First of all, upon my arrival I found the home was in complete disarray; there were items scattered on top of the counters and basins, used tissues and large debris on the floors throughout the home and a large amount of belongings stacked throughout the home impeding movement and safety. This is not the anticipated, or appropriate, condition for a home to be at in preparation of professional cleaning. Typically I would not perform services in this instance, but since the customer had prepaid, I decided to give my best effort to complete her list of desired tasks. I spent 2 hours cleaning the customer's home, completing the tasks on her list and the majority of our standard cleaning tasks. I cleaned the kitchen, including cabinets, with the exception of the cluttered counters, and I cleaned 1 bathroom, as I could not safely reach the 2nd bathroom. I cleaned the windows and tracks, with the exception of the removal of inches of moss growth embedded in the corners of the tracks. I swept, mopped and vacuumed throughout the home, first beating out the rugs, and also sweeping the porch. As is stated in my profile and on my offers, I do not move furniture or large amounts of personal items. The customer expected me to move and replace over 30 pairs of shoes and a large dog crate, among other things, and this is not something I do. It is my standard policy to utilize each customers toilet brush in their individual homes, so as not to risk cross contamination. I used the customer's toilet brush in her home, but otherwise I exclusively used my own cleaners and materials in this, and every, customer's home. As a matter of fact, I gave a large bottle of the cleaner concentrate I use to this customer. After 2 hours I had completed the above listed tasks, I approached the customer and informed her that the condition of the home was beyond what I could successfully work on. I offered to arrange a partial refund for the customer from Angie's List, at which point the customer assured me that was not necessary. The customer and I parted on good terms, and as I said, I left her with a large bottle of my preferred cleaning concentrate. I'm sorry this customer is feeling disappointed with the circumstances that took place, but I do feel it is important to state the truth about the events."
"This review does not tell exactly what happened. As the client stated we did a final walk through to make sure we didn't miss anything. [Member Name Removed] did the final walk through pointing out a couple of missed spots which were corrected. After the issues were fixed I asked [Member Name Removed] to do another walk through just in case she missed something on the first walk through. The second time [Member Name Removed] told us it looked great, now she says the opposite. A few days later [Member Name Removed] contacted me and immediately became belligerent. I tried to calm her through her yelling at me over the phone by offering to come out and fix whatever issues she though may have been overlooked during her two walk through's, however she continued to yell and then hung up abruptly. Our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction, however reality is that 100% satisfaction by all customers is an impossible goal. We have completed over 200 service cleanings, not including our reoccurring clients. We have had no more than 12 dissatisfied customers making our satisfaction rate about 92%. It is unfortunate that people will talk more about negative experiences than positive ones, so negative reviews are not the full picture of service offered."
"Reviews like this remind me why I went into business, thank you."
