OSORTO CARRANZA CONSTRUCTION

We received a recommendation about Osorto Carranza Construction from our neighbor whose driveway looked beautiful and had done quite an extensive research before choosing them. From our first encounter with the contractor Freddie , we knew we made the right decision. We couldn’t be happier, they are top notch! Freddie came when he said, he was very reasonable with his price and we even had some brickwork around the border of the driveway added which looks great! From the start Freddie and his crew were complete professionals. They even stayed a little later one night to complete the job a day earlier than expected. The contractor Freddie was here each day with his crew and worked right along side of them which we loved. He didn’t just show up once for the estimate, he was involved the entire time. They went above and beyond in small details that really leveled up their business. We’ve been getting so many compliments from neighbors and I would highly recommend them without hesitation!

He did a nice job on the concrete. Exactly what I needed, but did not finish the job. He left my backyard a mess. Did not cut the concrete, did not come back to finish the job and he destroyed destroyed my backyard. My landscaping, he said it was like that when he started. You can see the pitches have pitches. When he started and when he left my backyard is a mess, and he refuses to fix it. I don't recommend him for any kind of work

Freddy and his team did an amazing job extending the paver area in my backyard. He was reliable, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work as promised. His prices were very reasonable, and he was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the project. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend him.

Excellent craftsmanship and very knowledgeable. Took pride in their work, dependable and showed up every morning like clockwork with a smile. These guys are experts. They made my lopsided pool and deck look like new. Highly recommended. They took up all the many old bricks and layed beautiful pavers. See the before and after pics.

I hired Ronnie from Osorto Carranza Construction to Apply asphalt sealer on my new driveway. The team was here at 8am and applied the sealant in a professional neet manner. I highly recommend this company. The cost was also very competitive.

This was one of the most efficient and curious crews O have ever had do work at my house. All of the neighbors are commenting at the beautiful job. They are considerate to the neighbors being on a one lane road keeping the road open and still getting the job done in a timely fashion They did a retaining wall as well as my walkway and apron into my garage. All this and I can still afford dinner! Great job, wonderful men!

Freddie was a.pleasure to work with. He did everything exactly as i visioned it. His crew was professional and very good at their craft! I would recommend his company to anyone who wants to be satisfied and not frustrated by people who don’t show up on time and complete the job on time. Freddie was at my house at 7.30 every morning. He completed a patio , walkway and steps in less than a week.
