Neil was a nice guy but his work was poor. He left the job without finishing. Made at least 3 major mistakes that any reputable plumber wouldn't make that we had to pay additional to fix. Inspector came out and had additional items that required fixing that were done wrong. Stay far away from this guy. Took our money, left and never came back from an incomplete job. Then stopped answering all calls and texts. He's a thief

Osteen Plumbing is the best plumbing company I ever dealt with. Neal was very efficient, responsible, clean, and knows what he's doing . He never left the job undone and always cleaned up when he was done with his job. We once had a faucet problem on Saturday late night and he came to our house the next Sunday morning to get it done for us. I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed using his service. His fee is very reasonable too

Neal is clean, curteous and professional. He completed a variety of plumbing tasks in a timely manner including new faucets, shower drain and toilets. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

It went well Neal was very professional and the pipe work he installed on our well system was all exposed and looked very nice once it was done. He also left his work area clean when he was finished. I would definitely higher him again.

Absolutely pleasant experience. Quick response for estimate, began work in very timely manner and completed ahead of schedules. Experienced in durability of products recommended and helped select remodel components that would enhance the bathrooms. Would definitely use for future projects large and small. Mr. Osteen even fixed a few problems from another worker’s job that wasn’t done up to code and saved me from future headaches.
