Exceptional! O.T.I. went above and beyond when replacing my roof. They were a team of very skilled gentlemen. Polite and courteous. I have a 220 square-foot roof and they did the job quickly and efficiently, in less than two days! They also gave me a 50 year warranty. Super happy with this company. I highly recommend!

As a facilities manager I have relied on O.T.I. for the last several years. They have replaced several roofs on some of our properties. Our roof projects have had a price range of $50,000 to $150,000. They have also been our general contract for several other projects inwhich they have always come through for us. In most cases in a pinch with tight timelines.

I hired O.T.I. to replace the roof on my 6 family building. They installed asphalt shingles, with a lifetime warranty which gives me peace of mind knowing I will never have to replace my roof again. They also did not surcharge me because the building is 3 stories high. Other roofing contractors wanted to charge me more money because The building is more then 2 stories high. It was a great experience, the crew was great, my property and tenants were treated with respect! You won't be disappointed!
