Our Pool Service is a family owned and operated business, our entire family and staff live in the Burleson area. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality service at an affordable price. Communication is a focus of our business, with time stamped visit summary emails including tasks performed, water chemistry readings and dosages, a picture of your cleaned pool as well as a brief message regarding services you will always know your pool is being properly cared for. We also offer a full range of equipment service and repair.

Me: Have you set a date when our waterline tiles will be cleaned? O.P.S : Has Michael given you a price for tile cleaning? Me: Price? He never said there is an additional charge. It is part of pool cleaning. O.P.S : We brush the sides and the tiles each visit. Empty baskets and vacuum as necessary. We check pool chemicals and adjust as needed. We check for leaks and let you know if repairs are needed. Me: But Michael does not brush the sides. The last visit he was gone in 10 minutes and promised that his assistant would be by to clean the tiles this week. No additional price was mentioned. If you want to keep my business, you would better make this right. O.P.S : I guess you should call other companies. Me: You are fired! O.P.S : Thank you as I already took you off schedule as you do not have a clue. Me: Remove my number from your list. O.P.S : We already decided we would not be coming back. I know you are not being truthful. Me: I have already told you to remove my number from your list any further contact from you will be considered harassment. O.P.S : Please do the same as I am only trying to help. Me: Are you stupid? STOP texting me! :-( O.P.S : Please have the police come to read the harassment. Me: This is all going to be part of my public review of you and your company. Do not text me again! O.P.S : I have your harassment printed. Me: STOP texting me! O.P.S : Please stop sir.
