They took an extended time to get the roof done. Then after calling for 3 months with no response have not completed the gutter work.

Well folks, let me tell you about this awesome roofing company - Outdoor Creations Roofing(OCR). I'd been watching this company from week to week on different roofs in our Nottingham neighborhood in Broken Arrow. From start to finish, the workers will have the roofs done in 2-3 days; leaving each home with an immaculate new roof....WOW! Then one day, I received that 'special' knock at my door, to be greeted with a big smile, good handshake, and great professionalism. These guys run an awesome and professional business. Word of mouth is always good, but putting it in writing is even better! This company, OCR, provided a great LIFETIME product throughout our neighborhood for the betterment of our homes. My experience with Outdoor Creations was very positive. The customer service was excellent. I was continually updated by the owner, Jake as to when they were coming to install the roof. The professionalism of this company is very impressive.

Very well. I have a 3 bedroom, one story, low pitched roof home. Jake explained everything that would take place. The crew was very good and worked so hard to get done in under 2 days. Jake even contacted the insurance company and helped me to communicate with them in order to get my claim approved.

The guys that came out were professional and covered the shrubs and took great pains to protect my property. It took them two days and they did a great job cleaning up and using a thing with a magnet on it to pick up all of the roofing nails from my old roof. My roof looks great and am so thankful that I called Outdoor Creations Roofing. Now I have a roof with a 50 year warranty and will not have to worry about my roof again.

Can't say enough about OCR! Our roof looks great and our experience with this company was wonderful! Jake knows his stuff and his crew finished the job in two and a half days. They cleaned up at the end of each day and when the job was finished we had quality shingles and they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were here. We also appreciated that OCR, Jake or Jason, was here on the roof with our insurance claims guy, that right there really made a difference. Would recommend this company to anyone!

Outdoor Creations recently replaced our roof, and helped with the other hail damage items. Jake and Danny are great folks, very helpful throughout the process. We also had them build a pavilion by our pool. It looks amazing and we are looking forward to using it next summer. I very seldom write reviews, but Outdoor Creations is a great company that really takes the time to help you through the process. I would and have referred them to many of my neighbors and friends in OKC. If you are looking for a great roofing company that can just take care of all your issues, no need to look any further. They are the company to pick!

Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. Jake conducted himself with honesty and integrity. The information they gave was clear, and they were happy to answer all our questions. The great news is my wife and I have a brand new roof on our house because they stopped by one day. We are very pleased with their work. Thanks to Jake we no longer have a leaking roof. Wanted to take a minute to say I would recommend Outdoor Creations of Oklahoma for any roofing needs you might have. Jake was effective in working with us and our insurance company in helping us understand the process, from the initial visit by the claims adjustor, all the way through the final roofing install. The roofing crew were very professional and efficient. They replaced an area of bad decking, kept a clean job site and finished in just 2 days. As an additional item, we elected to have them install solar power roof vents, which will help keep our attic cooler in the hot Oklahoma summers. Every time I go outside and look at my new roof, I’m glad I used Outdoor Creations. Good job!

I can't say how happy I am with Jake, Jason and Outdoor Creations. From top to bottom Outdoor Creations has been completely professional and most helpful! My first insurance claim was denied, but with their help and input, I was able to not only get my roof replaced, but gutters, too. They did my roof in two days --complete tear-off and replace and it's a big/steep roof! It looks fantastic, the communication has been phenomenal and the end result is a much better roof than I had when I built the home to begin with. I have told everyone who would listen how pleased I am. They even worked out a great deal for solar powered roof vents. As far as I am concerned, Outdoor Creations is only company to deal with when it comes to roofs--I highly recommend them!!
