Don't waste your time/money with this guy (Preston). We hired him to build two lean-to's on our pole building & had to cut ties before he was halfway finished the job. He tried to charge a $350 change order that was never agreed upon. He refused to build as per a written agreement and would never produce a bill of material after charging $4100+ for less than $2k of material then shorted the material to finish the job. On top of that, he sub'd out to his 'metal guy' to install the metal roofing, and the ribs don't align with the current roof and the drip edge is the wrong one. After we cut ties, I found that he butchered my shop by cutting the existing header too short and used a piece of 2x4 to try to close the gap using 2 3" wood screws. And he expected this to support a 2x8x14 and a 2x6x14??? This thing could've collapsed at anytime!! So now I have to buy material that I already paid him for but he didn't deliver, make the repairs to my shop, and complete this project on my own!!!
