"[Member Name Removed] you left several things out of your review. For one you didn’t mention that your yard is in a flood zone and it was EXTREMELY wet the entire time. I don’t “go chasing storm work for Insurance work”. We are a preferred Contractor for most all the Insurance Company’s due to our Equipment(Crane’s etc) and our excellent reputation with them for 15 yrs! Also, We did repair the lawn the best we could given the extreme wet conditions. You indicated you wanted your Landscaper to fix the grass which makes sense because we typically don’t do that kind of work. So instead I credited your Bill to cover the cost of the Lawn Repair. Why would you not be honest and mention that? Unfortunately when you remove a massive Oak Tree that fell into your Lawn(Flood Zone) during a storm there is going to be damaged to the grass! But I’m glad I was able to credit you for the lawn/grass repair. We also did work for 12 of your neighbors and they all were very happy with our work and praised my guys!"
